Scam of an organisation

They didn't send through 5 crates of the 12 month subscription I purchased. I had to keep following up and complaining and they eventually gave me a 6 month subscription credit. Although, they initially wanted me to pay for postage again and I had to keep going through support again as I wasn't willing to pay anything further as they hadn't delivered what I had already paid for. They then proceeded to not send any of the 6 month subscription to me and now all pending shipments have a message "cancelled Reason: other". I've made a couple of attempts to contact support about the still missing crates, but they haven't even bothered to respond.

This has been going on for years and I have given up on getting a response or the items I have paid for. I will just put in a complaint to the ACCC, even though it probably won't do much.

They just seem to be a scam of a company now who will take money and not deliver the items promised.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst company I've ever encountered. Incompetent at their job and even worse at customer service. Why NECA keeps working with them is beyond me. I waited TWO years for pre-order ls that were advertised to be a few months and they didn't even include the items advertised.... No refund STILL and constantly not replying to my emails.

They do not fulfill subscriptions and ghost you when you want followup.

They did not fulfill the subscription and ghost you when you are asking for updates. Purchased a quarterly subscription for my son and 3 of 4 boxes arrived. The 4th box was delayed and they ETA kept getting pushed out. They tracked it on their Delayed FAQ, and there the ETA kept being changed for the next month or two out. Finally, when contacting their customer support, instead of answering, they started saying "check the FAQ" and after that, they stop responding altogether.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Took longer than it would have done for the second box In the subscription to be sent. I asked for it to be cancelled refunded BEFORE it was sent days later it's shipped then they state there's nothing to be done.

The rubbish that arrived in the box is just utter trash and when asking to return it they decline and do nothing.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!

I am in a 2 year arguement with them. They never notify you when items have been shipped. When you haven't received it they refuse to give you a refund and offer you something else you have to take. When that doesn't arrive they send you a link that doesn't work claimingit has been posted and delivered. I am out of pocket and nothing has been resolved.
No self respecting human being should work or deal with this company.

No Longer Worth Looting

I used to get loot crate when i lived in PA but as soon as I moved to TX things went down hill. I cancelled after losing about $200 in shipments i never got but really wanted the Deadpool Crate. My card company had cash back from lootcrate so tried my luck again. Where is my Tshirt ? Where is my Funko pop? Why the hell did i pay for a deluxe box for and get crap i could get at walmart..i got 4 things...4 ÷ by 70 is 17.50.. I paid 17.50 for a baseball hat?? I dont wear them its wasted. 17.50 for a lapel pin!! NO HeLLz NO maybe the ramen bowl i could see that.. but the little juice glass??? What da what!!! never again

0 Stars. No communication. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

If I could leave no stars, then I would. Trust me. I should have read the reviews before making a purchase with this company but I was naive and stupid enough to think that it would be different for me. I purchased a full lot of MCR crates from Loot Crate and spent a stupid amount of money getting them. The release date kept getting pushed back - which wasn't a problem, I can forgive that - but even now months after the second box has allegedly been shipped out (no word on the first) I have not been contacted ONCE. Not the whole time. I had to go looking for this information to find it and even after emailing them countless times for shipping information on my particular order, I have had nothing but automated response emails to show for it. I have demanded a refund but doubt I will ever hear back from them. I am not an easy person to anger but I am FURIOUS. I wouldn't mind if it took longer to arrive, but the least they could do is provide tracking information so that I know I hadn't wasted my money at a time when money is not easy to come by. Disguised. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and shall be spreading the word amongst my friends and others to never give them their custom.

It’s just a massive scam

It’s just a massive scam. I waited two years!!! Two years for my lootwear for her, to be sent the wrong items for both orders. They don’t care, refuse to refund and only offered socks as compensation! Like I want to wait another two years to get some socks.

Less items than ad offered

I made an order for 3 month subscription, the advertizement said "4-6" items, the first box took months to arrive and only came with 3 things, I brought it up as this is false advertizment, and they instead of fixing the issue, changed the displayed ad. I have screenshots as proof of the change after I made my purchase. They kept trying to charge me after canceling, and their suppprt person Errol is telling me dispite the ad clearly saying 4-6 items, that they can not guarentee they will deliver on that. There is not phpne support line either, so its just rude emails and days wasted. Save your money.

FAILURE of a company. The idea is great but in practice this…

The idea is great but in practice this company fails on many levels. Taking on average 40+ days to ship an item our after payment is just ridiculous. As it Stand I've paid for Jan, Feb and March but have received none of the items. They don't refund on unfulfilled items once paid. The customer service is laughable.

Waited over a year for the complete wrong item.

Just awful. I waited nearly a year and a half for my order for it to be completely wrong.

I ordered the Lootwear for her back in November 2021 and after multiple delays and empty promises from customer service saying it would be shipped, I finally got the complete wrong item in March 2023.

I contacted customer service as soon as I received the incorrect item and have been completely ignored. I’m now stuck with an item I don’t want.

Customer service has truly been terrible. I had to email nearly monthly to get any kind of update on my order just to be told it was delayed due to Covid and would be shipped later in the month.

Don’t waste your money. They used to be excellent but have really gone downhill. They’ll delay your order with no update and then likely send the complete wrong item.

JUNK CRATE IS A WASTE OF MONEY

I've never been impressed with junk crate but am an avid neca tmnt collector and had to buy these junk crates to get a few figures I wanted. Then loot crate had huge delays on shipping boxes out (if at all) every boxes have been missing at least 1 item. Shirts that do come in are frequently the wrong size. I would strongly suggest never buying from them, unless you are looking to throw away money.

I was in love with Loot Crate, WAS.

I was in love with Loot Crate, it was the best subscription service I had ever had and the items was top notch and it was a joy to receive each and every crate. This was long ago now and I have been living in denial, hoping that things would get better. In the last few years it has been terrible, crates coming in sporadically or not at all. In 2022 I received 0/4 of my orders ordered that year costing me over $320. My heart is broken and I am angry and depressed about this whole situation. PLEASE for your own well being, AVOID THIS COMPANY! I am investigating my legal options as we speak.

SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM LOOT CRATE. They WILL steal your money and you will not get what you ordered. As you can see from many other reviewers, they are a SCAM. They owe us all money and will not return calls or e-mails. Not even the Better Business Bureau can reach them. Shut this company DOWN!!!

No Customer Service and No Refund

I subscribed to the “AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER LIMITED EDITION CRATE SERIES” on December 15th 2021. The series was supposed to be a 3 month recurring subscription for a total of 4 crates. I paid in full for the first box “Water” on December 15th 2021. I waited patiently for many months with no updates being given as to the status of the crate I had subscribed to. I then logged on to check on the status of the subscription in late July only to find that my subscription had been surreptitiously cancelled as of June 1st 2022, with no reason for cancellation given. At no point did I request cancellation of the subscription nor was I notified of the cancellation!
Between my ordering of the box on December 15th 2021 and June 1st 2022 span the crate in question had been changed from a 3 month recurring subscription to a single one-time box, and then its shipping eligibility drastically reduced. The first change was made between March 15th and April 30th with no public announcement of the change or any email being sent out to those that had already purchased the subscription. As the price seemed to remain unchanged that is not a huge deal. However, between May 20th and June 1st it seems that further changes were made to the box and it was no longer made available to those outside of the US. It was at this time that my subscription was surreptitiously cancelled with no notification or justification given. Lootcrate has refused to respond to my 8 customer service requests sent over the past 164 days. Below I detail the timing of the customer service requests.
July 24th 2022: Upon learning of the surreptitious cancellation I immediately submitted a customer service request and received two automated responses, the first stating that my request has been received and the second (over a day later) informing me that; “Due to an increase in volume our reply time is taking longer than what you might have previously experienced. Don't worry, we have your ticket and will be getting back to you shortly.” I waited patiently for a response to my request received nothing.
July 30th 2022: After 5 days I responded to the original automated email stating my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service and did not receive any responses.
August 4th 2022: After another 5 days of waiting I had still not received any response. I followed up again with another reply to the automated email while also copying in the “support-at-lootcrate-dot-com” email address.
August 8th 2022: I sent another email addressed solely to “lootcrate support” and once again only received an automated response.
August 24th 2022: I sent another email to “lootcrate support” once again receiving no response.
September 16th 2022: After another 22 days I sent another follow up regarding this frustrating lack of response, again I receive an automated response telling me someone would be in contact as soon as possible.
October 21st 2022: After another 35 days I followed up again with my customer service request and still did not receive any reply to any of my support requests.
December 16th 2022: Another 56 days since my previous customer service request and still no response. I know for a fact that at least this email was read as I have a “read receipt”.

Thieves and liars.

Absolutely abysmal company.
I ordered the Halloween special edition 'The crow' rings, back in 2021 which were meant to be shipped for Halloween of that year. Due to COVID, they were delayed multiple times and I was asked in march of 2022, if I wanted to cancel my order for a refund. To which I said yes. Was told it'd take 3-7 days to receive my refund.

It's now 2023, they won't respond to any email I send, they haven't refunded me but they still cancelled the order. They stopped responding to me after 6 months when they're last response was an out of the blue email saying they hadn't forgotten about me... Which they clearly have.

Awful company, awful customer service. Avoid like the plague.

How do I get into this class action…

How do I get into this class action lawsuit because I've been asking for a refund for weeks on a item I ordered in the summer its December 15th seriously im tired of waiting on something I could get elsewhere cheaper they are a massive rip off spent over 100 bucks on two boxes one came and it was such an underwhelming experience it was for my s.o. she was so let down by the box it was unbelievable. And now all of a sudden they have my box shipped out very well after I've been asking for a refund this is criminal behavior they feel like they just launder money stealing from people with absolute sub par garbage they send.

Company used to be awesome

Company used to be awesome. Since being bought out, they've just become scammers. Ordered a crate subscription, they never shipped and kept sending the same "delayed" email. I asked for a refund an they just kept saying "your crate is on the way!" A few months and several useless emails later, I just called my bank and hit them with a chargeback claim. It's the only way you'll get a refund.
