Happy to recommend Lopay. Their app is well designed, their small card machine more than capable for our needs and their communication clear. I looked around and I couldn't find better rate anywhere else for my small business.

Great bit of kit
The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that the connection to the reader fails in busy areas in central London other than that it’s fantastic.

This card company is not worth it at…
This card company is not worth it at all. The machine constantly updates and has ongoing connection issues. I have repeatedly explained the situation to customer service, but they have not taken it seriously.
I have lost over £300–£400, and no one seems to care. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I will share my negative experience on all platforms.
We have been put in a very difficult situation and our financial losses have not been compensated.
