ordered portable air con £196 on 7th july, 8th july shipping update but unable to track shipment, heard nothing back since and product no longer on website, no reply from loppist

I am very happy to bought my clothes from here, But their delivery needs improvment.

Wouldn't even give 1 star.
Like everyone else I bought an air conditioning unit. Looks like a scam. I ordered on 10th July. Didn't realise it was coming from China as it said was coming via royal mail. Contacted them to cancel. Got same response as everyone else. Give it a few days to dispatch. 8 days later and the tracking code doesn't even exist anymore and now not replying to emails. Having to contact our bank for a refund now.

Just like everyone else on here I also ordered an air con unit on the 5th of July and like so many people, have not received it after two weeks.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
When contacted them they say to use the tracking service. However it takes you to microsoft sign-in page. If you sign-in and accept ‘Shop’ which is their app can see all your data on microsoft. Including all purchases and personal data. This is a SCAM.
Already contacted my bank to have payment returned.

Total scam! I got caught too! In desperation I ordered an aircon unit and there is no sign of it! I have contacted my credit card company for support with this. I wish I had jumped in here first and done my research, hopefully these reviews will stop others getting SCAMMED!!

Placed aircon order on 4th July. The customer service has kindly responded to my enquiries in a timely manner. Today 18th I received an update that my order has left China on the flight to the UK. I anticipate a further 10 days for customs clearance so I will update here if and when I receive further updates

I am a pensioner of 80 and ordered an Aircon unit for £166 through Google. This company Loppist is definitely not 100% honest. They don’t answer emails! They’ve kept my money and not sent the Aircon unit for over 2 weeks. I do not trust this company at all. Please be aware if you do order from them. Get onto your bank or credit card company to report if you have an issue.

Yeah, they got me too, ordered the £196 Air Con unit on the 7th July, 2 - 3 day delivery that item was listed with and 10 days later, no comms, no tracking and no AC unit… card dispute made just now, scammy bastards…

Ordered air con unit paid 196 never delivered no response to my emails worst experience ever.

Can only echo all the other reviews. They took money for A/C unit and sent an initial tracking number but nothing since and they do not respond to emails. Got my money back without issue but it is clear they do not have the product to sell. I would save you effort and try elsewhere.

For me everything went smoothly. I got my items just on time.

Good outfits and good prices. Improve on the shipping speed otherwise everything was great. I loved the communication from their customer service team.

Terrible service I brought a aircon it stated 2-10 days delivery it’s been two weeks and the delivery says processing they have emailed me acting as if they don’t know why this has happened not good enough and no way of getting a refund so my bank will be getting my money back this is a scam website do not use !

Scam! Can’t believe I actually fell for this. Tried to order 2 air con units for a really good price. Paid with PayPal so luckily did get my money back right away when I raised a case! A lesson learnt to always check this site before ordering somewhere you’re unsure about. I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Tracking is fake and website is fake. The good reviews on here are also FAKE!

Ordered 2 Leenon portable AC units on 3 July. I was provided with a YunExpress tracking number the following day stating shipment information received. Tracking status is still stating shipment information received. This appears to be a scam, please avoid,

Brought an air on unit on the 7th July and what a complete waste of money! Refused to answer the phones, online forms and emails! I finally got a response to say my order will be dispatched in a few days and got tracking through… however nothing has happened since 7th July! I’ve emailed and tried calling and nothing! My son doesn’t do well in the heat and struggles to regulate his emotions on a day to day basis, let alone when he’s too hot! We saved and saved for this as we don’t have a lot of money with the world we live in now and to completely get scammed is awful!

So upset I was hospitalised twice during the heat waves , so thought I’d loan money to buy their AC unit like many others my emails are being ignored and no updates on delivery .
Why would you do this to people ?

Placed an order for air con unit 9th July-took the £196 and sent email to confirm its on its way from CHINA?? no email or update since. Tried to contact them no reply....!!! try to track the order number...no update or information.Please do not order from them. Will contact my bank after 15 days if nothing arrives-based in Altringham...owner American according to companies house?????

Avoid this company.
I ordered a 9000 BTU portable air conditioner on 5 July 2026. The merchant provided a YunExpress tracking number, but it only ever showed "Label created". The merchant stated the order had been shipped and advised that processing takes 1–3 working days and shipping 4–7 working days, but that timeframe has passed and I have still not received my order.
I contacted customer service, but they have not provided proof that the parcel was handed to the carrier or a clear delivery date. I have now had to open a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
