Ordered an air con unit back on the 7th July, had an email to say received order and a tracking number was provided with Yun Express, but the tracking number has not changed since, and still says processing. Since then have ignored all my emails. This is obviously a scam, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, which have confirmed this is the case, there are really some horrible people out there, karma is a wonderful thing. I have contacted my card provider for a refund. PLEASE AVIOID!!!

Bought an aircon like everyone else on here, got scammed, been over 3 weeks no email response or nothing. IGNORE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY’RE SPAMMING FAKE REVIEWS TO BOOST THEIR SCORE RATING.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but this turned out to be one of my better online shopping experiences. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. Everything was exactly as listed. No surprises, which I mean in the best way. Dispatch was confirmed quickly and the item arrived ahead of the estimated date. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy about the presentation of the order. Five stars and I mean every one of them.

Really happy with my order. the fit is nice everything look like the photos online but customer service response was slow.

Ordered aircon machine they sent me tracking number i could track for a day now tracking number does not work there ignoring my emails have reported to paypal to get money back

Please avoid this company. The site and service initially looks legitimate however my order was not fulfilled and it appears others have had the same experience. I wish I had seen the Trust Pilot reviews before making the purchase. I have had no response to emails sent querying the status of the order, and no response to the contact made through their website. I have submitted the details to Citizens Advice and have been in contact with my bank.

They deserved 0 starts!!y air con that I ordered that was £200! Has not arrived , no shipping up date and no comms!! They are not responding to my emails this has now been 8 weeks!! STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM!!!!

I ordered an air con on here 2 weeks ago , the tracking has never changed from processing. I emailed and was told it was coming , all my emails after that have been blatantly ignored

While initially they responded. Now all quite. I ordered a product. Received tracking number. Telling me on way. However not left the country. After a week. Was told a time line of 7 days. I expected to see via tracking it had at least cleared Customs.
I emailed, requesting up date. Nothing. Today I requested a refund. I will contact my card company to obtain my money back. As I do not believe they will refund me.

I ordered a "9000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner" from Loppist for £196.00 on 4 July 2026. After paying, I discovered the store's own website only sells clothing (dresses, tops, jackets, footwear) — there is no electronics or appliances category at all. The listing I paid for does not belong to this store's actual product range.I emailed the seller the next day asking to cancel and refund, since the order clearly couldn't be fulfilled as advertised. They refused, claiming the order was "already packed," and told me to request a return only after I received it.I escalated to Whop (the payment processor Loppist uses) via their Resolution Center with full evidence — order confirmation, bank statement, and my email exchange with the seller. The case was rejected regardless.Since then I've found the exact same air conditioner listing — same photos, same description — on at least seven other unrelated storefronts (several also disguised as clothing/lifestyle stores), each selling it at a different inflated price with fake urgency banners like "only 3 left." This strongly suggests Loppist is part of a wider network of cloned storefronts rather than a genuine retailer. Notably, the air conditioner listing has since been quietly removed from Loppist's site.Avoid. I'm pursuing this through my bank and reporting it to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

They deserve zero stars! Like everyone else I bought an air con machine on 3rd July, not heard anything since, tracking/shipping status has not changed, they won’t reply to emails, absolute SCAMMERS! Vile people praying on peoples vulnerabilities.

It’s a scam , I brought aircon 2 weeks ago , I checked on co pilot before ordering if it was a genuine company and it stated so however the order never came and the label was never even scanned. I’ve emailed them with no reply of corse so I’ve taken it up with my banks fraud team like many others on here . Do not order

Like most other people who've ordered air conditioners on this site,it seems it's a 100% scam.I ordered two on this site taking advantage of the 10% discount if you ordered two,and with the alleged free postage seemed like too good to be true,which was exactly what it is!That should have been the first red light,but like everyone else it gets worse.The list goes on,the invoice is in Dollars,the phone no.is an unmanned USA number,the money is taken from a U.K account according to my bank,the customer services,will send you AI generated well thought out excuses why your order is sometimes a bit delayed and to keep checking your tracking numbers,which never change from the day you hand over your money.Also all of the positive reviews come from the USA,the website advertises only clothing,and what a coincidence,the air conditioners that come from China have just appeared at the very same time as the U.K is experiencing the hottest and longest heatwave in our history.If you go into Google earth and type in the address on the website,it shows what looks like a small terraced house in the Netherlands.Avoid this Scam completely and notify your banks to start a charge back as soon as possible and don't feel bad,even the most careful of us can fall for these clever people with who make these sites look so genuine,and after all,if it's advertised on Google it must be genuine mustn't it?Wrong unfortunately.
