I received a damaged statue
I received a damaged statue, broken with many glue and paint defects, an expensive statue, I sent them photos, they argue about the defects and ask that I send the product to them on an invoice if I want a credit, I do not recommend buying from them, bad service

Whatever you do, do not pre-order any item!
Pre ordered an item over a year ago, still not been received. The date changes all the time when the item is expected. If you want to cancel the pre order they deduct £10 from the amount you have already paid. Not very good customer service and if you ask about when your pre order will be in your fobbed off with 'another 6 months' then that changes to 'another 4 months' its ridiculous. No item and no refund.. appalling company.

All these details are in our terms when signing up for a pre order, but it seems this may not be a process for you. I can confirm that you did actually receive the item ordered.
I have also looked at the other reviews you have left companies, and it seems you like to leave negative feedback for companies , which is a shame.
