The product was great and at a great price point. However, they advertise the product as available within 7 days, and then their T&Cs give them 50+ days to deliver it. They were not honest about the d... See more

Nice online shopping
Nice online shopping! Delivery very fast and on time. Must buy next time!
shocked at the surprise bill
I really should get better at reading reviews before ordering. The fact I will need to pay import VAT, duties and brokerage charges on top of what I have already paid needs to be more clear upon checkout. This is not clear enough and should be something the company seeks to change. I have a bill of £67.07 to pay on top of £252.38 that I have paid for the goods. I am shocked and disappointed. Lordgun please look into making changes on your website so that your customers are more aware of these charges.

I ordered a bike with a promised…
I ordered a bike with a promised delivery time of 2–5 days. Instead, the shipment was rejected by the carrier as too heavy and spent weeks bouncing around Europe without ever being delivered.
It has now been over 1.5 months since the order, and I can clearly see that the company has received the bike back, yet there is still no confirmation or timeline for a refund.
This concerns an order of around €2,000, and the lack of accountability, communication, and urgency is completely unacceptable. Failed delivery, no ownership of the problem, and no refund despite the return.
Avoid if you expect reliable delivery or proper customer support.
Update: Now it is more than 2 months since order. Still no refund and the bike has been in their warehouse for about 3 weeks. They are fraudsters for true..

I have ordered from the UK and it was straight forward. Prices are lower than UK sellers.
Accurate and fast exelent value
I purchased a cargo bike from Lordgun…
I purchased a cargo bike from Lordgun and provided my Portuguese tax ID (NIF) in the order notes before the transaction was completed.
Lordgun’s team read those notes — they replied to a separate request I made in the same field regarding the product description. The NIF in the same notes was ignored.
The invoice was issued without my NIF. In Portugal, a NIF on the invoice is a legal requirement to qualify for a government environmental rebate (Fundo Ambiental). Because it was omitted, I am disqualified from a €1,500 reimbursement.
When I contacted Lordgun, they acknowledged none of this. They simply restated their policy that company details must be added in account settings before ordering — without addressing the fact that their team had read my notes and acted on part of them.
I am not disputing their policy. I am disputing that their team selectively read my notes and caused a direct financial loss through their omission.
The customer service response to a legitimate and documented issue has been a copy-paste rejection.

Ordered and delivered as advertised
Excellent service, ordered and delivered as advertised.
Great company
Great company, competitive prices (even with international delivery) tracking service works well. Will be ordering from them again.
Product never received
Product never received – no refund, no cooperation
I ordered DMT cycling shoes from Lordgun (~$392 CAD, discounted to under $300 CAD). The order was shipped two weeks later while I was away.
UPS requested $192 CAD in customs, clearly based on an incorrect declared value (full price instead of the discounted price). My partner refused the package.
When I returned, UPS confirmed the package was marked “abandoned” and that only the sender (Lordgun) could retrieve or return it. I provided all details to Lordgun. They initially agreed to refund once returned—but never contacted UPS to initiate the process.
Result:
* Product never received
* No return initiated by seller
* No refund issued
My dispute with Rogers Bank was denied based on “delivery proof,” even though I never received the item.
Unacceptable experience:
* Incorrect customs declaration
* Prices shown in CAD but charged in USD
* Complete lack of support
I will not recommend Lordgun and will share this experience within the cycling community.
I am still requesting a full refund.

They do not advertise all shipping…
They do not advertise all shipping fees, package showed up and I “owed” and extra $100. Beware if you are not from Italy.
After seeing their reply, their other competitors in europe are able to figure out how to include the full shipping cost, or get an exemption. I stand by that Lordgun is doing the bare minimum in fine print to make their customers aware.

Good price, fast delivery.
Great purchase, goods at a very good price and fast international delivery, will definitely use again (in fact I already have!)
Complete lack of customer service
Complete lack of customer service. Ordered knee pads on 10 February. Now 28 April and still not arrived. Numerous emails complaining, only to be told they 'are investigating delivery'. Requested refund - ignored. Requested replacement for missing order - ignored. Would not recommend Lordgun to anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience.
Extremely disappointing experience.
Order nº 26.002.170.508 arrived incomplete — the package only contained replacement lenses, and the actual glasses were missing. The outer parcel was fully sealed and opened by me, with no signs of tampering, which clearly points to an error during packing.
I immediately contacted customer support and provided all requested photo and video evidence. Despite this, the company dismissed the issue, claiming the order was shipped correctly, and refused to take any responsibility or offer any form of resolution.
Paying for express shipping and receiving an incomplete order is already unacceptable. Refusing to properly investigate or resolve the situation makes it significantly worse.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect accountability or a fair solution.

Great value. Beware import duty.
As others have mentioned you need to check if you will incur duty charges for more expensive purchases. Trouble free transaction for me with no import duties payable on some Oakley radar ev’s which were much more expensive on other sites. Great value and received them fairly quickly

Dissapointing customer service.
Dissapointing customer service.
I bought some castelli XL bib tights and i'm normally a M/L and yet these we're still too small. I would avoid buying castelli garments from abroad for this reason. It's also unclear from the website that the origin is Italy, why have a .co.uk domain name if your product are subject to import duties.
I tried them on once, and promptly sent them back to which I received a notice that there was a substance on them so they could not be accepted. So i had to pay more postage and import duties to get the items back, they didn't offer even a partial refund.
Upon receiving the item back the substance easily flaked off with a fingernail and was <5mm in size.
Dissapointing customer service, I would avoid!

Never have a problem with these guys
Never have a problem when ordering from these guys. Goods always in stock, prices often the best around and delivery is spot on - just remember to order under £130 incl delivery to avoid customs charges in the uk
UK customer , highly recommended
UK customer, Ordered from Lordgun twice now. Was very unsure ordering as first but took a leap and what good decision that has been. Ordered a helmet first time round which saved me a decent amount of money and second time tyres and tubes which again saved a decent amount of money. Would recommend for sure!
Never buying here again
I ordered a groupset, which arrived with the shifter (included in my order summary) missing. Lordgun took almost a month to deny my claim and will not send me a shifter or a refund. Buying here runs the risk of being charged for something and not receiving it!
