Just received a Lord bolt timepiece, as a Christmas present. On taking the watch out of the box, one of the straps fell of. Also there is a screw missing on the face bezel, and the Lord sign is missing on the watch face. Definitely not British made. So buyers beware of buying from this company. If it is British made it must have been a late Friday afternoon one, but I doubt it. Also no paper work or Guarantee in box. Told all my friends, too tell all there friends not to buy from this company. Do people now that they only have 3 employees working for them, that's how people have problems with customer care.

I have been waiting Three weeks on my order. Constantly chasing this however the customer service team is extremely bad. No reassurance given to me it is me who has to chase this every day. Not sure if the items are coming from China or what because not sure why delivery from UK to Ireland would take over Three weeks!

I ordered the wrong colour and instantly sent a message to change the colour of the watch. Tried to ring and it wouldn't go through and live chat does not exist.
The watch itself isn't bad.

The fact there is no customer service apart from automated emails is worrying if you had a fault etc. Just avoid, it's not worth risking your money.

Written on here so at least some people can see it.

Extremely poor customer service.

Returned item 21/3 and have still not received a refund or any correspondence.

Have emailed twice, messaged on instagram and tried calling the number on several occasion. Live chat never seems to be available either.

Extremely disappointing as now have no watch and no refund!

Had my piece for years I love it and it definitely brings attention to my wrist !

What can I say about Lord Timepieces? I remember when I first bought 2 watches back in December 2017, they were fairly new at the time (at least here in Germany) and I decided to give them a try on Christmas Eve. Well, they did not disappoint at all. The packaging was impressive, impeccable and it implied high class. The watches themselves had a premium look and they felt really good on the skin. The materials and design are still spot on and the customer service was excellent and I'm sure it still is. The watches were not even worth more than 70£ back then! So I'm really glad that this company has grown up since then! Get yourself a Timeless piece, you guys won't regret it! I'm getting a timeless piece myself soon enough! Thank you Lord timepieces! Lord watches are absolutely stunning! The attention to detail that goes into Lord watches is impeccable. The designs, colours and materials used are quality! I continue to buy more as my husband loves them and I love building his Lord collection!

i need help im stuck on mars with walter white

I've purchased 2 watches from TimeLord first was a Xmas gift from my Wife, 1 month over the warranty the watch lost its Kenitic time so it became useless, when I asked the company about this they said, unfortunately, this happens and gave me 10% of a new watch, so I bought a new watch in April 2023, and in July 2023 this has also stopped working now for over £350 worth on both watches I don't think this should be happening, I have a Casio G shock over 10 years and it's going strong on the same battery I bought it with, they have offered me again 10% refund and 25% on purchases but I don't want to buy another watch I'd actually like a refund but no replies as yet, do your own research on the watches before buying there are better watches available.

HORRENDOUS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ORDERED A WATCH AND DIDNT LIKE IT. SO SENT IT BACK AND THEY TOLD ME ITS BEEN OPENED SO THEY CANNOT RETURN THE MONEY. I SAID OKAY NO ISSUE RETURN THE WATCH. AND THEY REFUSED. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND WAS JuST SCAMMED FOR £80. DISGUSTING COMPANY. THE WATCH WAS ABSOLUTE AWFUL ASWELL
