Very good customer service after a faulty item

I had to order two watches (the first I ordered in error and returned). The (correct!) watch I ordered for my son looks amazing; very stylish and well crafted - he loves it. Customer services were friendly and efficient when I contacted them. I love watches, and think I will have a Lord Timepiece of my own very soon!

Watch stopped working within hours of first wearing it. Contacted Lord Timepieces who advised to return it for repair by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. However, watch apparently never arrived!
Lord Timepieces have now resolved this problem by offering a replacement so A+ for follow up actions and customer relations.

Very well looked after by this company I had bought a watch but had two by accident and they had no problem refunding my money.

Although I have not personally made a purchase from Lord Timepieces, Andrew Smith was extremely helpful in supporting me when my credit card was fraudulently used to make a watch purchase. I contacted him to see if there was a possibility I could intercept the order, but he managed to be much more of assistance and promptly identify the fraudulent purchase and cancel it. I am so grateful for his assistance as he made a terrible situation for me a lot better. I can not thank him enough!

Andrew Smith was a wonderful help in replacing my broken watch. He was extremely courteous, and made sure the process went smoothly with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company, with people like Andrew I can truly tell that they care about their customers! I will be back for more purchases in the future.

My watch was broken after almost one year but was replaced without any problems. The service by Katie Ann was perfect, and really friendly.

Nice experience

I ordered my boyfriend a watch and he absolutely LOVED, we had an issue with one of the dials coming loose. I contacted Lord and within a day they sent me information to send the watch to either repair or replace. After they received the watch they said it needed to be replaced so they gave an additional allowance to pick out a higher priced watch. Currently waiting on the second watch but very pleased so far. Katie Ann and Andrew were the representative who have been helping me. VERY SATISFIED!!
