I downloaded the App four and a half weeks ago and because it didn't work I uninstalled it.
I'm still getting emails from this company even though the emails were supposed to take two weeks before I didn't receive any more. GDPR regulations state that unsubscribing from emails is immediate.
Contacting Customer Service is impossible as you get through to a page where you think your question is going to be sent to the company but comes back with answers to irrelevant questions.
If you're happy with the App crashing, them breaking GDPR regulations and not being able to get through to Customer Services if you need to then go with them. I would say stay well clear.

Use it to Lose it! I love it.
Use it! This app changed my life about 8 years ago. I lost a ton of weight and then stopped using it about 2 years after my weight loss and I gained about 20 lbs. back. I decided to download the app again and once again it’s changing my life. This app is easy to use and works great at helping you set goals and stick to them. When you actually see the calories in a food item it helps you make better choices. I’m already down 11 lbs after 31 days and looking forward to losing it all and keeping it off this time.

Excellent app!
Excellent app! Easy to use for tracking meals. Synced with my Fitbit. I’ve tried a few other apps and keep coming back to LoseIt! I bought an upgraded membership and it’s reasonably priced.

Worst customer support ever
Worst customer support ever. There is no way to call them and one can't even chat with them. I typed in my issue and received articles to read. Awful! How am I supposed to get my issue solved if I can't connect with the company. I'm a Premium member and the system will not allow me into the Premium site. They just automatically renewed me which I am not crazy about. If I could contact them I'd ask for my Premium payment back.
