Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re really sorry to hear the bracelets didn’t meet your expectations.

We completely understand that the design was not what you were expecting. We do try to show our products as clearly as possible through the website photos and descriptions, including the fact that some bracelet and necklace styles include extension chains so they can be adjusted to different wrist or neck sizes. The design you mentioned, where the beads or chain do not go fully around the wrist, is part of the intended style shown on the product page, but we understand it may not have been what you had in mind when ordering.

We also understand your frustration regarding the return shipping process. Although some orders are shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on availability, returns are handled through our designated return center according to the return policy on our website.
