I am beyond disappointed with my…

I am beyond disappointed with my experience purchasing jewelry from Lost Gen Club.
I was genuinely excited to order from this company after seeing their products advertised all over Instagram. The jewelry looked beautiful online, and based on the price point and marketing, I expected quality gold-plated pieces. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite.
I ordered three necklaces and two bracelets, and the moment I opened the package, I was immediately disappointed. Every single piece varied in color, and only one pendant was even remotely acceptable. The chains and bracelets did not look gold-plated at all. Instead, they looked brassy, tarnished, cheap, and honestly like costume jewelry you would buy for a fraction of the price.
I contacted customer service hoping they would make things right. After days of back-and-forth communication, they first attempted to offer me a partial refund of around $87, then later changed it to only $50 after I had already agreed. To be clear, I never wanted a discount in the first place. I simply wanted the quality jewelry they advertise on social media and what I believed I was paying for.
Eventually, I decided it was best to just request a full refund and part ways with the company entirely. That’s when things became even more frustrating. They require customers to pay return shipping WITH tracking to Spain — despite the package originally arriving labeled from Hong Kong. The cost to return these items from Florida to Spain is nearly $50.
So let’s be honest about what this means: this company sends out low-quality jewelry that looks tarnished and cheap, and if you want your money back, you’re forced to spend almost half the purchase price just to return it.
At this point, I feel like I wasted more time, money, and energy trying to resolve this issue than the jewelry was ever worth. The entire experience has been exhausting and incredibly disappointing.
Please save your money and shop elsewhere. The products do not match the advertising, the quality is unacceptable for the price, and the return process feels designed to discourage customers from getting refunds.

Some of the jewelry feels really cheap

Some of the jewelry feels really cheap. I liked the interface of the website. And I like the packaging. However, one of the chains I bought, the gem gold chain in dark blue, looks very cheap. I was expecting it to be beads on a chain because of the images and was disappointed to find dots of plastic pressed into the links (maybe update the product images to show this better.) Also, the clasps look and feel cheap. I was hoping they’d be a little bit more heavy duty because of the price point. I’m hoping they don’t break. Other than that I’m pretty pleased with the products. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get shipping notifications for the first few days because of the partner used but that’s okay.

Not worth the money.

The bracelets are a poor quality and not the sizes stated in the descriptions. The pearls, beads and silver chains do not go all the way around the wrist. It is only half a bracelet. To add insult to return them I have pay to send them back to Spain even though they were shipped from Illinois. You can keep your discounts, I will never purchase from you again.
