Be aware that the depictions on the…

Be aware that the depictions on the website and shop are deceptive. Ordered two necklaces and the length was more for a child or petite female. If that’s who you are buying it for then it would work. Its not for a grown man. Im a 16 inch neck in dress shirts and the necklace wouldn’t even touch to clasp.

We do want to clarify that the length of each necklace is listed on the product page, and many of our designs also include extension chains to allow for some size adjustment. We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible through both the product photos and descriptions.

We also clearly outline our return, exchange, and warranty policies on our website so customers can review all available options before and after purchasing. Our warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects, and we're always happy to assist customers in finding the best possible resolution.

That said, we appreciate that neck sizes and fit preferences can vary from person to person, and we're sorry that these particular pieces were not a suitable fit for you.

Shipping

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing regarding Order #47931. I have been waiting eight days for this delivery; however, while the status indicated it was out for delivery, USPS now states the item was "unclaimed" and is being returned to you.

I am very disappointed, as I have been waiting for this order and have already paid for the items and shipping. Could you please let me know what the next steps are to resolve this and ensure I receive my order?

Update went the the USPS store before they sent it back thankfully they had it, But I had to pay for shipping even thought I got free shipping from the website.

We’ve been in contact with you directly regarding this issue and, when the tracking initially showed the parcel as being returned to sender as unclaimed, we offered to reship the order at no additional cost to ensure you received your items.

We also understand your concern regarding the fee charged by USPS, especially since your order qualified for free shipping through our website. Unfortunately, any fees charged by the carrier during the delivery process are determined by USPS and are outside of our control.

We can see from your update that you were able to visit your local USPS office before the package was returned. Could you please contact us directly and confirm whether you were able to successfully receive the parcel? We'd be happy to review the situation further and help with any remaining concerns.

Honestly, I don’t think i’ve had such a good experience with a company in a long time. Not only did the jewelry arrive on time, but everything felt premium, even down to the pouches that held each item. Customer support would also be ready to assist with any questions or concerns i had along the way. Truly an amazing company that cares for its customers satisfaction.
