I ordered a Nike max tracksuit for my son birthday, it took over a week to come. The first day my son wore it the A dropped off I contacted the company who told about five days to replay to my email. They advised me to sent the faulty item back and send them proof that I had posted the item which I did and they would replace the item upon proof of postage. I did everything they advised me to do yet it’s been over three weeks and I have contacted them to find out where my item is and they claiming that they have not received the item. I have sent them copy of the picture item been delivered to them and signed for but yet they are claiming they have not received the item. I have emailed them several times regarding my item being replaced by I have gotten no response from them. The worse company I ever bought from would by from them again or recommend them to anyone.
