Great customer service

Great customer service. Ordered a cap and there was an issue with the delivery (dpd, not lost soles).
Order sorted and a new cap was provided in store.
Everything I’ve ever ordered has been great quality

The hoodie is lovely (ordered another

The hoodie is lovely (ordered another - so impressed with the quality)
However - not impressed with DDP as the parcel was stuffed behind the graveyard gate at the bottom of our 80m drive - visible to anyone driving by but not from our house. Had I not taken the dog out I would not have found it!

Hi Catherine, we can't control how DPD leave parcels so quite unfair leaving a 3 star review for us on that basis when you are so happy with the hoodie. Perhaps leave that review on the DPD page as opposed to ours.

Ordered an item online - can’t fault their customer service

Ordered an item online, a lady then rang to apologise as it was out of stock. She asked what other jumper we would have instead. We ended up being able to get the jumper our son wanted more than the one I ordered - we ordered the Pele jumper as the Zizou one he wanted in his size was out of stock online. However as luck would have it, they must have had some new stock refresh come in. Can’t fault their customer service, any other business would have just left us with nothing and not bothered to give us an option. We will have a surprised and happy teenager on Christmas morning. Happy customer here.

Ordered online but the wrong item was…

Ordered online but the wrong item was delivered despite the cashier checking when handing me the parcel. Can’t get in touch via phone to discuss issues, I have emailed and sent messages via Facebook messenger but no response! Now I’m waiting for a refund which I haven’t received confirmation via email (as I was told I would) but no way of contacting anyone to chase this up. Customer service needs to be improved.

Hi Joanne, sorry to hear about this. Looks like the item was incorrectly labelled by our supplier. Returns typically take up to 14 days to process but I have just checked and your order was refunded this morning. We do respond to queries as quickly as possible but can take a bit longer during busy periods. Not sure why this would constitute a 2 star review, though.

Excellent shop, either walk in or online, great quality clothes and really great ideas for logos.
Ordering online is easy and very fast delivery with great communication throughout the transaction. Pity there is not another store within the north Liverpool area.
