Bought two items

Bought two items. My account was charged for them but I received no order confirmation or shipping information. Have emailed three times, reached out on FB and Instagram and have received zero response. It has been two weeks now. These are Christmas gifts and I figured ordering a month before Christmas would ensure they’d get here but it looks like all they do is take your money. Sad practice for a company with cool products

Edited: items received and are great quality. Just wish they were a little better with communication. Shirts are awesome though

My sincere apologies for not replying to emails. Its been the busiest two weeks of the year and have been concentrating on printing and packing orders more than emails.

But you also got to admit, if you had entered the correct email address it would have saved us both a headache

Smaller than expected

Smaller than expected. The grey is paler than it seem. A lot of fees when you live abroad. Beautiful drawing, but really not sure I'll buy again.

Less than zero customer service

Didn’t receive full order.
Have both emailed and used website contact us page (many times) to no avail

No responses at all.

Shame as have previously bought, and products are great.

But have an issue and they see to ignore you.

Not contactable for returns and exchanges

The company do not respond to requests for how to return an item and exchange for a larger size.Fristrated that I now have a t shirt that does not fit and no way to return it as they do not answer emails

Great

Great! Cool graphic design, real good job on the print on quality shirts. Fast delivery! Arrived within a couple of weeks from the time I placed my order. Fantastic considering I live in the states. Will order again.

Birthday Present

Gorgeous clothing
