From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. The proofs are done individually not automatically generated, so tweaks were possible. Once the proof was accepted my order was delivered swiftly. The prints themselves are of a gorgeous quality, different and meaningful. I gifted one and kept one for myself to remember a special weekend that I spent with my friend. She loves hers as much as I love mine. I am already thinking about the next unique gift as a house warming present.

I ordered my print as a 20th anniversary present for my husband and he absolutely loved it.
The process to order was so easy and I had the opportunity to amend it if I needed to (i didn't).
It was also sent incredibly quickly.

Ordered a print to Denmark being advertised this product when in the UK. There was a bit of delay in receiving the parcel so I contacted customer support. They were really responsive and helpful. When I noticed there was a customs fee I contacted them and they happily reimbursed the difference

I am absolutely delighted with my order from Lotsy. I can only commend Anthony's skill in both creating and producing these unique prints. There was so much choice in the range of colours to choose from and then to combine with my selected maps. My son and his family live in Sydney, Australia so it was an easy choice to pick this with the UK and with some special words depicted. My order was processed well within the timescale and I was very satisfied with the high quality of the prints both in colour, clarity and font size of the wording. Thank you Anthony for your excellent product and first class customer service.
