I bought one of these posters as a surprise for my Great Aunt who lives in New Zealand. I was so pleased with how it looked. The whole service, from ordering to delivery was fantastic.

Ordered online, proof emailed and accepted, print sent. All within 2 days.
Sent directly to my bestie for her birthday and she loved it!

I ordered a print from Lotsy for my sister who lives the USA. It was absolutely perfect. Anthony sent through proofs for approval to make sure I was happy. I loved it so much I ordered one for myself. Excellent communication, timely delivery and an outstanding finished product. Would highly recommend this company fir custom prints.

Amazing company who have gone over and above so I could get the right gift. Great gift and great quality, customer service has been incredible. Can speak highly enough if the company, will definitely use again.

They dont really read instructions, neither the notes you send. Then, they didnt specify they dont pay taxes when sending to another country which made everything a hassle. Finally I really thought it will come with a frame but it was just a printed design in a tube I could made it in my closest library (paid 46 Eur for a design I could do in Chat GPT, at least I was expecting a frame). Didn't worth its money and adds more hassle than expected. By the way, I had to remind them 2 times what to do and how I wanted the design, and took over two months to arrive in the EU.

I made an order and then had to remind them (in their promised time frame) for a mock up. I then had to contact them and ask where my order is and they apologised there had been a problem. They missed the gift date and offered to refund delivery. Weeks later I asked where it is and they replied it’s damaged in the post. No refunds no make up and I am still waiting for it??? This is shocking.

I ordered 2 prints from them, received them quickly. There was a problem with 1 of the prints being different than anticipated, so i took it with a grain of salt and said thanks but with a comment. Next thing i know, they're asking what to use instead, they end up making the print into what i wanted. Their customer care is exceptional and I'm incredibly happy for their thorough work!

Absolutely wonderful prints and to requested specification. It was lovely to actually order through a company where you had the opportunity to review one-on-one your requested designs and specifications and where the company did everything to get the perfect product for you! I did change part of my spec and it was completed with no problem. Where there was a misunderstanding in terms of city placement, this was rectified immediately and until the design was perfect in the customer's eyes! Wonderful company - would absolutely recommend and I will definitely be ordering through Lotsy again! Keep on doing the great work and don't lose the exceptional customer service!! A perfect gift!
