I ordered some things from Lottie the other day. They had arrived in 2 days which was great and the products were so pigmented and didn’t feel heavy or sticky when I bought the balm and lip oil. Although I absolutely love their underrated products the blush that I had bought was broken from the inside which was a disappointment, I had emailed them and they replied in 5 mins after I sent it and the next day they had shipped another one to replace my blush so I would say that’s amazing customer service!! Their products are affordable and great quality and their customer service is so quick and reliable so I would definitely recommend buying from Lottie London!! 🤩🤩

My order hadn't arrived after 2 weeks so I chased it up. They said there had been a mistake with their warehouse and that it would be dispatched that day. 8 days later and still nothing has arrived. The tracking link does not work. I do not feel they are being honest and are blaming recent postal strikes for their own failings. They have so far refused to refund me. Would never order from them again.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and order has not arrived. Emailed customer service who said it would be dispatched next day which hasn’t happened. Terrible company I wouldn’t order from them again.

Says on the app you get a free product with every order and tells you to add it to basket to redeem it...it then charges you for it!! It also says you can get 10% off your 1st order which also didnt work on my order. So not a great start!! I then try and place my order but it doesnt let me just keeps taking me to the shopping page. So i try online instead of on the app and the order goes through no free gift and no 10% off 😕
Fake news to get you to buy disgusting!

Have been a Lottie London customer for years now and am always very happy with their products. I recently wanted to order some items and there was a promotional code advertised on their website which I couldn't get to work. I emailed customer services at 10pm, and by the next morning I had a professional and friendly response rectifying the issue so that I could place my order. I also love how the products are cruelty free and the majority are also vegan. Will continue to use Lottie London's products.

There were issues with Royal Mail delivering my order the first time I ordered on the website. I got in touch with Customer Service and they expedited a new order that arrived the next day. I was impressed with the customer service, but also love the products! I tried two of the cloud (matte pastel shades in pink and lilac) eye shadows, a dense shader brush and a blush/stain. They're all well-pigmented and long-lasting without feeling bad for my skin and I appreciate that they are vegan.

LOVE their matte lipstick in the color “hun”. So good, so velvety, budget friendly, just so great!

Received my Superfake mascara very quickly and OMG its absolutely AMAZING.....it does exactly what it said. I have really small lashes and Lottie London makes them look huge.....LOVE IT and will be telling everyone

I ordered this product before and loved it. I then reordered two of the same item once it ran out and was incredibly disappointed. They came yellow and looked dirty, potentially mouldy. I contacted customer service and explained that BOTH were faulty... after months I got a replacement from a different batch sent after having to contact them again. I was told the first replacement got lost in the post which was fine. "Kyle" was very nice and helpful. However, I was only sent ONE to replace TWO faulty items and the "new" one is also yellow... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I order in the past from this company no problems. But my recent order stuck at hermes depot because they put my address down incorrectly. The customer service is dreadful they will mot help at all, they are refusing to give me a refund. So I am left with no products ad lost my money . Tried contacting courier they are just as useless. Would not recommendusing this company at all they do not care about their customers

Ordered two packs of "Nailin It Bundle" as the colours looked amazing. The bottles arrived really really quickly and packaged up perfectly in individual bubble wrap. Also the colours really are amazing. Lottie London's nail colours seem to be chip resistant, and the ones I have bought have the little ball in the bottle which stops the varnish from going claggy. I recommend them, and will most certainly be buying from them again.

An item arrived broken so I emailed about it and they sent out a replacement within a matter of days. They also sent me an extra item which I wasn't expecting and made me feel so great! The customer service from Kyle was faultless.

Such a scam and waste of money! You think you are getting a deal, "over £130 worth of dupes for £34" well, yeah lets send the customer the fairest shades we can find in foundation and the darkest most ridiculous lipsticks we have! 3 different foundation sticks in 3 pale colours, Im sure hardly many women are that fair! and multiple lipsticks that make you look dead! not to mention a holographic lipgloss!! Im sorry, I didnt realise I was 12!!

I am disgusted with the value of this box and when I complained and asked for a refund, I was told to send the box back, at my expense!! plus the items need to have not been used! Well how am I meant to swatch the items?!!

I will tell everyone to avoid LottieLondon as their products and customer services are a disgrace!!!

Please save you money ladies! Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered make up bundle for £34 worth over 130! Fab selection came in standard cardboard box with pink tissue paper, I’m very impressed with the make up. Lovely eyeshadow palette, foundation sticks and liquid all fair shades apart from one, eyebrow pencils, concealer, contour stick, highlighter, blusher, gorgeous turquoise glitter nail varnish, glitter highlighter trio set, beautiful glitter pot, pink lipglosses and some lipsticks a few brown but can’t complain as I got so much make up in that box will last me ages, such a treat !! Excellent communication too as was waiting 7 days emailed them responded next day to say it would be delivered that day, plus gave me 20% off voucher. Such a find! Thanks Lottie London
