I tried to complete your form. Did not want to give tel no.cos deafness means I do not always hear it. Gave e-male but site would not allow just this. Tried to add no. and site still rejected my request. I am the 79 year old who needs help, without a family member.

Klara was friendly, empathetic and took the time to understand our needs. After a call at 4pm, we had a list of care providers within 2 hours who could support our needs and have a care assessment booked with one of the providers less than 24 hours after our call with Klara. Thank you.

A friendly source of expert advice
Lottie was a benefit made available through my workplace. I contacted them and quickly received a reply and made a phone appointment with a dedicated advisor: Eva was friendly and listened to my query, before giving advice that I found difficult to get elsewhere! A really great service that I will doubtless use again!

Firstly, I'm sorry you're getting spam calls. That's really frustrating, especially when you're navigating finding care. However, based on how you used Lottie's website and our data practices, we're confident the spam you're experiencing didn't come from Lottie and that this is a misunderstanding.
I've looked into your account and can see you used our website on 15th February to request a shortlist of partner providers which matched your criteria. You ticked the box asking not to be contacted, then sent an enquiry to one care home. That care home is the only place your details were shared (with your consent), and from our logs we can see the care home hasn't responded to you yet.
To be clear, we don't share contact details with advertising companies. I've shared our privacy policy for reference: [https://lottie.org/privacy-policy/]
We strive to deliver a 5* service to the families we support in looking for care, and the whole Lottie team are really disappointed to receive this 1* review. Trust is a huge element of our service and it's devastating to have a review with such serious allegations, that could compromise the trust of other families needing support in looking for care.

My advisor, Klara, was knowledgeable and supportive and provided details of care firms, alarm systems and other benefits in less than 24 hours. She listened and provided what we needed, removing the stress from this part of the process. Definitely recommend Lottie
