Friendly. Very clear assistance and advice with regards to my questions. Checked if there was anything else I needed. Made me feel that if I have any other questions or carer needs etc. change then only need to ask, felt they cared and are there to support. They understand how difficult these times/situatios are

This is the best service out there so informative about all the help you can get, things no one else tells you, signposted everything for me so I knew where to go and who to talk to and very friendly and supportive, cant thank them enough for all the help 😊

Klara was incredibly helpful and thorough. I feel so much more informed as to the care options I have available for my Mum and a good understanding re the attendance allowance which she is eligible for. She also gave me advice on my mother-in-law's options and funding/adaptations too. I would definitely recommend.

It was really good to know there was someone on your team you could call on to support you when needed. We were provided with a comprehensive list of resources and just knowing there was someone who could organise things for you if required took a weight of our minds.

We had a brilliant experience with the Lottie team. We sought their advice to help us arrange respite care for an elderly relative. We were completely clueless where to start but Klara listened to us to understand what our relative needed. She is very knowledgeable and provided options and lots of additional useful information. She worked with us at our pace and followed up with several care homes, to arrange visits. Klara has taken care of all of the logistics so that we can focus on choosing the most suitable care for our relative. I am so pleased that my employer offered help from the Lottie team as part of the company benefits. We have felt very looked after during the whole process.

The ladies I spoke to at Lottie were extremely friendly and caring. Unfortunately to this time my needs were changing and I didn't take them up on their help. I will definitely be contacting them again for their assistance, I think they could really be of help.

We were looking for help to find a suitable care home for a respite stay for our 94 year old Mum. Without help from Lottie advisers we wouldn't have a clear idea of where to start. Information was presented clearly, with everything needed in the one place. Using the list sent to us we visited the homes and found a perfect match. Mum was very well looked in very friendly, comfortable, bright surroundings. We wouldn't be where we are with Mum's care without Lottie's initial guidance. Thank you very much.
