Fraud and most crupt side don’t waste money here nobody win here even if win you have to struggle for withdrawals see people comments.I am using this site since last two months only and every time I vame to play here I loose only on Roulette and dead sure magnet working here and They keep saying RNG bla bla but in reality they cheat and make money.I can’t swear on this platform otherwise I could write worst one.

Absolute disgrace placed an inplay football bet £200 double and it won on the 16/3/26 the bet was settled as won but no payment made to my account balance..contacted support chat and was told they couldn't see the bet on my account but then changed there mind and said yes they could see the winning bet and it wasn't settled on they're end this was the following day17/3/26 so after emailing there support and no answer still we are on the 18/3/26 and still no funds contacted chat again to be told it's a third party that settles bets so 2 days on and my winning bet has still not payed out absolute crooks 20 plus years of betting and I've never came across this next step will be IBAS

STAY AWAY THIEVES.....My neice, signed up added £35. Then they closed her account. Shes sent all the proofs they have asked for and still nothing. Vile company. also their replies to reviews are generic. Should be ashamed

After withdrawing my money on Monday and then checking the reviews, I am quite skeptical to what will happen, there is mixed reviews but that could be down to personal circumstances, my deposit is all above board, my bank etc... 3k I have withdrawn. It's now Tuesday, still no money and now received an email asking for loads of documents (as per other reviews).
Compared to other websites, this is not as straightforward and actually leaves for a bad experience. General checks are understandable, but my account is self verified and these are abit excessive.
1* for now... will increase review score when I receive my withdrawal and update accordingly.

*update* Wednesday - proof of payment (transaction proof) declined... screenshot not acceptable. This is not statemented yet on my bank so had to request an interim statement and in the mean time sent a pdf download of transactions. Hopefully this is accepted.. this is ridiculous considering they accepted the money, proof its my bank provided and they all talley up. Crazy! Let's see what happens tomorrow...

*update* Friday - Yesterday documents declined as document not got branding etc of bank. Today I have got a statement and submitted this which fully complies with everything they have asked for and shows transactions for my deposits.
Let's see what comes back from this...

*update* Monday- documents verified and payment processed. 2 - 5 business days. Awaiting payment...

*update* wednesday.. payment received! Upgraded to 3* vice 1* - however, the drawn out process for verification and unprofessional feel to live chat let's this site down. Will not be using again.

Third and final review of this site as I will be cutting my losses and closing my account. Absolutely horrible, just steals your money with very little or no return, deposit after deposit just swallowed up. If you're lucky enough to hit a bonus don't expect anything but pittance. Do youself a favour and keep your money in your bank and stay away from this site.

Update been paid promptly after submitting documents

Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for my entitled winnings and still no payment. Ive sent them proofs what they have asked for 4 times via email And no response after my follow up emails and ive even followed and reported on the chat portal and no response. I genuinely believe I've been scammed and I will now report lottoland to the gambling commission.
EDIT - I've sent you everything you have asked for 4 times in the last 7 days and nothing which makes me believe you are a scammer and not trustworthy

Still waiting on a refund from this awful, scamming site, signed up with them thinking my gamstop was up, successfully signed up, started playing for about a couple weeks, over a £1000 I deposited and had one small win then I went to log in one day to say I'm suspended! Absolutely appalling customer service. 7 days asking for address verification 7 days of giving it to an agent yet still not allowed my withdrawal I requested 8 days ago. No warning on my account that address verification was needed. 72 hours is the only response I keep getting told yet double that has passed

The slots are fun reasonable prizes, biggest problem is the slowness in whch payouts are made.
I've got use to the payout not being instant but up until now they have been in by midday the next day.

We all know the script, gamble, expect to take a loss, but this beyond a joke.
Slots are heavily capped. All games follow the same pattern, small win, not enough to make you want to cash out, but enough to keep playing, then nothing but losses. The scatters rarely trigger and when they do the pay outs are small or nothing.
If you are playing slots go to another website and at least you may get some more enjoyment out of it.
