Cutting size stone
I found a wedding set I loved. I wanted it with a different size center stone. I contacted Louily & they were able to custom make the ring. Every time I emailed them, they got right back to me. My roughing came out gorgeous! It’s exactly what I wanted!

I absolutely love my ring set! Ordering was easy, although choosing wasn't as there are so many beautiful rings available. They came in a lovely box, well presented.
The only downside is the length of time from ordering to receiving them.
If you want something for a specific timescale, make sure you order in plenty of time.

Great Customer Service!
I placed an order and my shipment was stuck in another state for two weeks or 10 days and I reached out to the company and they immediately expedited my products ASAP. I ended up getting my first order three weeks later I reached out to. What they wanted me to do and they just said for me to keep it company is great.
