The jewelry is absolutely beautiful!! I wish the shipping had been faster, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Sparkly - does not look like glass, which is always a risk. The customer service was also prompt and kind. I will definitely be buying a few more things that I've had my eye on!

Wrong ring sent (size and stone)
I ordered two rings from them, one “emerald” and one “sapphire” and received a package from them yesterday. The sapphire was perfect and the right size. The other ring was not even close to what I ordered. It was too big, and had a huge yellow stone and all sorts of glittery stuff around the main stone. I have small hands and no way would I order anything like this. I have contacted them twice and no response. I will never wear this monstrosity and while I love the other ring, I will not be likely to order from them again is they can’t even correspond with me about their error.

I have to admit that I have become addicted to Louily jewelry! I have ordered so many rings and earrings from you over the past few months that I have run out of room in my jewelry box. Your BOGO deal makes it impossible to resist. Every item I have ordered has exceeded my expectations. I get so many compliments on everything. Shipping times are not too bad. I usually receive my orders within 14 days. The packaging is wonderful and the customer service is always excellent. I really need to find a support group at this point. Or a bigger jewelry box!
