First class customer service
Firstly the order process was very straightforward, delivery updates were frequent and the item arrived in the UK as expected. Unfortunately it incurred additional customs charges but Louis Motorrad's customer service was exemplary. In a couple of days, I was refunded the customs charges in full, super efficient. The item itself is top quality and we will certainly be using them again as you can absolutely shop with confidence with this company.

Brilliant service. Excellent communication. Great prices. Quick delivery, and kept up to date at all times. Once you have paid for the items, reasonable postage. There is no extras to pay when it comes into the country like customs, VAT. This is already sorted n the original purchase. Excellent . will use again.

Happy to buy again from the UK
First time ordering from Europe after Brexit. Louis Motorrad made the process painless. The price for the item stated UK VAT and customs were included in the price, and this was correct with no issues, although the price was below the £135 figure when UK customs charges for items. I was informed of the progress of my order all the way from Germany to my home address, which was great, and this communication instilled extra confidence in the transaction. I would buy from Louis Motorrad again.
