Top seller# I brought a speedometer on Monday and was in UK by Thursday was fast delivery and better when the customs hold the parcel demanding fees that I didn't need to pay you guys sorted it straight away! 100% will buy again

The chain oiler/cleaner you sell has a big flaw. The strap to hold the two parts closed doesn't fit, not by a long way!! It is not made of an elastic material so can not stretch to fit the retaining points on either side!!
You have not checked/tested this item prior to selling to the public.....shame on you!!!

You clearly state that all charges are covered by you. When I tracked my order on 30th April, it showed as being delayed at the Parcel Force Depot, awaiting payment if Customs Charges.

I contacted you, to be told that I would have to pay the charges, I should receive a letter shortly with details and when I had done so, I needed to copy the letter and proof of payment, so you could pass it on to another team who would look at refunding the cost.

I can imagine this works very well for you, as many people would just pay it and simply feel robbed by you. Allowing you to keep these costs, as they are already included in your pricing.

I have asked when I would have been told about the process, you don't seem to want to be very open and honest about it

If you cared about the customer, you would make the process clear up front, or even better, tell the customer the charges that they will pay and deduct from the price.

Of course, that would be if you cared
