The purchase went ok but my friend who was the recipient was sent a faulty e gift card. I passed on the number I was given after contacting get park and they fixed the issue but it should have work straight away I felt embarrassed it didn't work

Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous, I went into the shop and my gift card wouldnt work. I've checked the balance and there's £10 on it, so went online. Now its stating the pin is to short.
Tried contacting them and its a nightmare, number given doesn't work and chat box keeps cutting off !!
Don't buy these gift cards !!!

Dreadful online support
Dreadful online support. I got locked out of my account, and emailed them to unlock it. 10 days later I'm still waiting for this to happen (Case no 03452330.) And it is now not even possible to email their online support to pursue the matter as it keeps saying 'Please try again later'. I will not be buying any more gift cards from this company.

Difficult to use site initially
I found the site awkward to navigate. I'm 75 and not very teck savvy. My 3 cards were rewards under the brand Verian and unfortunately I hadn't registered / activated them. Also I hadn't realised the expiry date was shorter than I expected. I now can't use them on line or with Amazon as I had hoped as I had something in mind. I have now 24 hours to use them in some store. My fault but a shame somehow I could not have been advised to use them.

Verian Gift Cards are sent out active and ready to use straight away with participating retailers, so registration or activation is not normally required. The expiry date is also displayed on the card, although we appreciate that this may not have been clear when you received your cards.
While Amazon is not an accepting retailer for the Love2shop Card, some cards do have the facility to exchange the balance for alternative gift cards, depending on the card type.

I received an emailed voucher, I spend half of the voucher on M & S Vouchers. Went back in to use the other half of my voucher, but no such look. The website is terrible, it doesn't like the code. I emailed for someone to get back to me, it said 2-3 working days, and it's not been over a week and not heard anything.

Just ridiculous
Just ridiculous. You create an account and log in (I don’t want to give more personal details away), then it asks which of the 4 or 5 types of card you have. I pick the “e-card” and enter the code. Either with dashes or not. Each time it recognises the code but says “ Oops! This card cannot be added here because Love2shop products are managed in different ways. Please refer to the information provided with your card or in the email you received for guidance on where to manage or redeem it. If you need further help, please contact the Card Services Team”. Except it doesn’t tell me what I need to do. Why so convoluted. And why is a phone number the only contact method. It’s almost like they want to make it too difficult and want people to give up. I have 5 codes to add and no “link” just the e-cards. I found through Google AI that certain prefix to codes meant I needed to go to a different website. I had to process each voucher separately and trade in for separate vouchers (in my case 5 vouchers). I then needed another website to add to Apple Wallet (though that’s not to do with Love2Shop. I would say it took me more than an hour to complete it. Really crazy. I work in IT and it’s just a very clunky process.
