I ordered a product on 10 August 2025 for my wedding noting delivery was 4-8 days. 3 weeks later I had not received any shipping information so sent an email to follow up. They told me they were out of stock and to be patient. I emailed back asking for a refund and they again asked me to be patient. They then stopped responding to my emails. 7 weeks since order and taking my money and no product, no shipping confirmation and no replies to emails. scam company

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a bra 8th aug and still haven’t received my item. Nobody has got back to me on my last few emails. Total waste of money and complete scam. Don’t know how they get away with it 😡.

SCAM COMPANY! Ordered 2 months ago and have received nothing. 3 weeks ago I emailed asking for a full refund which they did NOT do, and instead emailed back thanking me for my patience and asked me to wait a little longer, and here we are 3 weeks later and still nothing.

I placed my order late July. It’s been 2 months now, and did not receive my items. They refuse to refund my money. Scam company. Avoid at all cost!!!

Comfortable bras. It did take a while to receive them. I started to worry they weren't coming but then I got them. The fit is comfortable and the colours are nice. I like them for lounging around the house though I don't feel super comfortable going out in them as I find them quite bouncy for my large chest. I wouldn't say they are super supportive but they are very comfortable.

Terrible company to deal with. My order was placed late July and it’s almost October and nothing has been received or updated. I’ve contacted them a few times via email to ask for updates to which I’ve been told “the order is being processed” and then heard nothing. Since then I’ve contacted them asking for a refund and I’ve not heard anything.

Pretty good bras, but not very supportive

They don’t even deserve one star. Do not touch this company. Read the other reviews too, I wish I had.

Ordered three bras off Facebook advert in July. It's now September and I'm still waiting # I've emailed a few times, asked for a refund which they seem reluctant to do! Keep thanking for my patience. I won't have heard anything from them if I didn't contact, also takes days to respond. Disgusting service, can't comment on the quality as I've still not received my good. Day light robbery!

The ordering etc is good process. Sizing is little hard, but the fit is ok. My boobs like to hang.. so i think smaller size could be better. But!! Feels good.

I wouldn’t give one star. I paid for a bra and received nothing back, not even my money back. No response from an actual person.
There is no way of contacting a person. Is it a scam ?

I love the Ashley Seamless bra. It's the best comfort bra I've found to date for a larger bust. It offers firm under bust support while being very stretchy over the cup, giving sufficient support while being extremely comfortable.

Communications a little lax between ordering and dispatch. An update from time to time to let me know it's in progress with estimated dispatch timings would be greatly appreciated, as sometimes dispatch takes weeks.

I ordered three items over three weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. They promise a low carbon delivery window (!) of 4-8 days. I have contacted them by email three times. The last one I sent asked them to just refund me which they seem reluctant to do. So I have no product and no refund. Can't comment on the quality as it hasn't arrived. However if the fit is wrong, the exchange process would presumably be excruciating. They seem very professional at spamming out marketing emails but actually delivering on reasonable service seems beyond them.

3 month ago I ordered and still nothing arrived. Whenever I ask what is going on I get the same standardised answer, they do everything they can and thank you for patience blablabla.
1 month ago I told them I don’t want the goods anymore and asked for refund. Their answer remains the same 🤯

Ordered 2 bras in August and still
Waiting for them to be shipped. Got some Bas email telling me they are working on it and when they get tracking info they will send it to me. Still waiting for that info. I feel like this company is fake. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fraudulent company... Ordered 3 Bras in July 2025, still not despatched over 6 weeks later. Written and complained requesting they cancel my order and refund the payment... Nothing yet.

Ordered from this company via Facebook over 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. I’ve asked them several times to refund my money but they just keep sending the same message over again asking me to be patient and no refund given. Don’t waste your money!!!

I've ordered 3 items on the 13th August 2025 and am still waiting. I chased a couple of times but only received an automated response and no refund. Looking at the reviews here and the TrustPilot rating on their website, I am led to believe their advertising is misleading. DO NOT USE!
