Repeated shipping issues for EU Customer
I have been a customer of Love British Lifestyle Box for over a year, and while I enjoy their products, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the service. On two separate occasions, they forgot to ship my box.
Specifically, when I ordered the Irish Heritage Box last month, I waited over a month without any update before finally contacting them. I received a friendly reply from Sthef who said he would check on my order.
However, after another 11 days passed with no update, I had to email again. Only then was I told that my box would be shipped soon, with no explanation for the delay.
I sometimes wonder if this is because I am an EU customer rather than a US customer, as they seem to have more customers in the US.
At this point, it feels like if I hadn’t followed up, my order might not have been shipped at all.
