Very much delayed shipping

Very much delayed shipping. I called on Friday when I placed my order asking if it could be shipped as soon as possible. Was told a call would be placed to the warehouse or the shipping department, I don't recall which, to try to accommodate. A was notified that a shipping label was created on Sunday. When by Tuesday afternoon USPS tracking showed USPS was still waiting to received the package, Lovecrafts insisted my package was shipped and USPS just had not updated its tracking information. Even after asking that it be shipped as quickly as possible the package was not actually delivered to the post office until late Wednesday morning. Had I ordered from the company I usually buy from I would already have my yarn. Inexcusably slow shipping and unacceptable false information.

Based on the timeline you described, it does appear that the parcel was scanned by the delivery service with a delay after collection. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, we don’t have control over when it is physically scanned into their system.

I completely understand how concerning it can be to see “label created” with no movement shown, especially when you needed your order quickly. Please be assured that a delay in scanning does not mean we intended to provide incorrect information, but rather reflects how the tracking was updated on the carrier’s side.

Fast shipping and good quality yarn

I've ordered from LoveCrafts about 6 or 7 times now and always had a good experience. There's a huge range of yarn and you can use the filter online to easily find what you want if you're after a specific colour, fibre, weight or brand. My orders have always been dispatched really quickly and the yarn is good quality.

If you're worried about buying online they allow you to return the yarn within 30 days which is really helpful if the yarn arrives and you realise it's not quite right for your project.

Overall really rate them and so helpful if you're looking for a specific type of yarn that you can't easily find in shops.

My mistake in my order.

I made a mistake in my order and contacted LoveCrafts the following morning. The agent, Anna O., dealt with it quickly and effectively. The order was cancelled and I was refunded immediately allowing me to order the correct items. Great service.

Superfast download of pattern

Just ordered a knitting payment and received it seconds after payment - which is not unusual.

What was brilliant was that it was a straightforward pdf which appeared on the screen - I didn't have to go to my email or anything, and I was able to open it immediately. Etsy should take lessons from Lovecraft in how to send customers patterns!!

Excellent all round

A great company to deal with. The website is really easy to navigate with a wide range of products. There are always good offers on wool including luxury products such as cashmere. Delivery is fast and items are well packed. I have never had anything other than an excellent service.

Excellent customer support service

Customer support operator was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a solution to my problem. She enabled me to return the yarn I'd purchased in error, also supported me to identify a more appropriate yarn which I have purchased.
Returns process was easy to follow online.
As always, LoveCrafts have proven themselves to be an excellent and efficient service. Very satisfied customer.
