Brilliant customer service and care!

I had trouble using my gift card, as the reference kept being declined. The LoveCraft support member, Anastasia P, went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed to do to get the card to work and to get the card working so I could complete my purchase. The communication and care were excellent, and the product I brought was exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Very unprofessional and fraudulent…

Very unprofessional and fraudulent service.
I ordered a product from Love Craft Gift through their official website (Order ID #217113), but I never received my product. There is no tracking information, no courier details, and absolutely no communication from their side.
I tried contacting them using the email IDs provided—one email ID is invalid, and the other never replied. Phone calls are also not answered.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. They take payment but fail to deliver the product or provide any support. Completely unreliable, misleading, and irresponsible service.
I would strongly advise others not to trust or order from Love Craft Gift. Worst experience ever.

Always out of stock

I love Paint Box yarn, and need to order more to finish three separate projects. I have been trying to order what I need for 4 months now, and there has been next to no stock available. I was told that stock is limited because they are opening a store in the US, I wish they wouldn't and would actually sell yarn to the people trying to finish projects for upcoming weddings are babies. I keep hoping some other site will pick up Paint Box yarn.....

Exceptional!

Had placed an order for yarn. Was informed via email it was out of stock.The email was personal, prompt, courteous and beyond impressive.My refund was issued the moment I responded. LoveCrafts obviously put their customer first. The process completely won my confidence. So good to see a company doing it the old fashioned way. 10 out of 10.

Really annoyed

Really annoyed. Price suddenly jumped without any warning as i was checking out!! I guess a sale ended but it was not clear at all! I saw absolutely NOTHING saying it was about to happen.
Completely wasted my time. I guess i'll look elsewhere.

My parcel was over a week late

My parcel was over a week late, the customer service to resolve this was extremely poor.

Unfortunately, our system does not automatically notify us when a parcel is delayed with Royal Mail, so we weren’t aware of the delay until we received your email. As the tracking showed the parcel was still with Royal Mail, we needed to contact them directly to investigate further per our policy.

Checking dyelot

My daughter chose some yarn for a cardigan which I soon realised was end of season. I found it in the sale on lovecrafts and ordered it. It arrived more quickly than expected. I started knitting and realised I needed more yarn. I contacted lovecrafts to check the dyelot and they replied in less than 40 minutes to say they still had that dyelot. Ordered some more. Very pleased.

Positive Help

Positive Help
I mis-read my pattern and ordered half the quantity of wool that I needed. I placed a new order for the additional wool then contacted the help bot. They immediately replied by getting a customer service representative who took the details of my previous lot and dye # and made sure that my top up order was going to match exactly. It only took about 5 mins from placing my new order to updating it. I then got a confirmation email. Excellent job Lovecrafts.
