I was so disappointed by the contents of my first box... I thought that the whole idea was to try new gluten free products, yet the box was half full of a combination of cookie cutters, a big of crackers that can easily be found and bought from the supermarket if even wanted then a number of items that would be gluten free anyway including coffee, dried fruit and tomato chutney.

My first box was amazing! Plenty of items to make yummy GF meals, along with snacks. The second box contents was a bit more disappointing with lots of protein bars which do not taste nice! And probiotic drinks. Also on my second box it included a pack of prawn crackers, once the box arrived the packet was open with all the contents of the prawn crackers crushed and all over the inside of the box. Therefore i was unable to taste them, I emailed customer services who said they would send one out right away. After 3 weeks i still haven’t received them. I’m just now waion my 3rd box to decide i will be continuing with this.

I love to receive packages of food, where I can discover new food, new tastes and variety. Its absolutely great! You should try it out.

I feel the contents were not as good as the sample box I was given at the allergy show I will try again this month and see if the quality and quantity improve

Fantastic box, loved the items! Couple of things I wasn’t keen on but it was nice to be able to try new things. Loved my little surprise too, the fan came in very useful. Already excited for my next box!

I liked the boxes. However there was about 50% of really spicy 🌶 items in the gluten free vegetarian box so I decided to cancel as I’m not keen so really spicy things.

Absolutely love this service, it makes me try things I never knew existed. They are very helpful when you contact them and always try to accommodate your requests (other intolerances/allergies).

Loved the Gluten Free box, being in NZ it was great to receive some items I don't usually have access to. Everything is super tasty!

Not received one of my subscription boxes. No reply to email regarding nut allergy. Expensive for what you get.

I may have had an issue with this box , it's never happened before over the ,9/10 months I've been subscribing to love free from , it did take almost a week for the absolutely brilliant customer service to find out where the box had gone and replace the missing box , the customer service agent , Isabella worked really hard to sort the issue , was very understanding and helpful

Efficient system in place for recurring orders. Arrives on time. The selection is good and I enjoy seeing what there is, but sometimes some of the contents are very different to what I would eat and I don’t know what to do with them so they get discarded eg bird jelly.

I love receiving my box every month! The products are interesting and often things I have never come across before.
On the rare occasion that the labelling has confused me as the gluten-free status, Love Free From has been very responsive and clarified the situation. I look forward to receiving it each time!!!

When I first got these boxes they were good, but lately they became a bit repetitive in the contents and didn’t seem such good value

I receive my box every couple of months and look forward to receiving it, gives me a chance to try something different that I normally would not think of trying, definitely recommend

Ordered for my grand daughter who is coeliac she absolutely loved the variety and the price was great can't wait for the next one
