lovely unusual products, always a pleasure. Unfortunately I am not a fan of chocolate and so a lot of the parcel is going to waste (my friends and family are happy to eat but defeats the object as i am the only coeliac).
More savoury items please!

I like receiving my box of GF treats, however I find a lot of the items to be to spicy for my taste. I will see if the next box is better suited to myself.

We get a dairy & gluten free box every month, much better value than going around the health food shops for inspiration and full of wonderful surprises. We are on a budget but this is an essential home delivery for us as we use the coupons to get savings on bulk orders of samples we like.

I get this special box for my granddaughter. She just loves it when sent to her house she is 14 1/2 and she face times us when she received it she said it’s a magical box of lovely goodies. Which is fantastic to hear . She cannot eat or oats wheat . But loves packs jars packets so thank you for making her feel happy has she had covid so receiving something different is great thank you 🥳🥳😂

A good selection of things to try. I have discovered lots of new things I now order separately. I had to change my subscription type and it was super easy with the team. Love it!

I’m really enjoying my boxes with the variation of different samples and selections of items I am gluten-free and dairy free along with being a pescatarian so it’s extremely difficult sometimes to find new products but the boxes are great

Amazing, varied food! My girlfriend is over the moon every time a new box arrives each month.

As someone who has no dietary restrictions (other that being optionally veggie), I always feel guilty that I can eat pretty much anything out there, and she can’t. This box has completely removed that guilt, and brings genuine excitement (and choice!) to my girlfriend when she’s feeling peckish, and looking for something to fill the gap!

Love this free from box 😊I love the variety of the products, the taste of them & lots of recipes & ingredients to make your own food. I have purchased a lot of the things in the box from shops because I love them so much.

Gluten free unfortunately wasn’t 100% gluten free and some items were made in a factory that handles gluten and milk. I am unfortunately allergic to both gluten and milk so haven’t been able to consume these three items in my box. I have however given the company the opportunity to respond to me via email but not heard anything back as of yet. I remain hopeful…..

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your box. With all our products we do thorough checks before hand with the brands to ensure they are in fact gluten free, and we check for any warning statements of ‘May contain gluten’.

Mr Lees noodles- although it contains barley malt vinegar- they are in fact gluten free and certified gluten free by Coeliac UK.
“ Barley malt vinegar is made using a process called fermentation, which breaks the gluten protein in barley into smaller fragments. Foods that contain small amounts of barley malt vinegar can be eaten by people with coeliac disease if they contain 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten or less. In addition, barley malt vinegar is usually only eaten in small amounts, for example, drained pickled vegetables, sauces with a meal or on chips.”

Eat PodBerry- They perform rigorous clean down procedures between batches as is standard for all BRC grade A production facilities and they also carry out gluten checks on all batches produced to check they are in fact gluten free.

9nine bars- the production line is cleaned between each run to minimise the risk of any cross contamination.

All in all… a very positive response and I will definitely be keeping my subscription with them 😍

Very disappointed to be sent a dairy product in the dairy free box. The alert from Love Free failed to express the seriousness and regret of the error. Not what you would expect from a FreeFrom business.

Great on the expensive side but fun each month to try all the treats I’d never normally buy or even heard about. Some I’d buy again and others know that’s not for me 🤣

Very good packages so far- had 3. A little too much reliance on beetroot otherwise would have been 5 stars.

A varied box full of lots of goodies, I got this for a very fussy GF and dairy intolerant friend who really rated the variety of the contents.

It wasn't great 😕 but I was subscribed for three months before I decided to cancel. Reasons why: awful tasting vegan products. Some tasted like sick. 🤮never again. I'm gluten free not vegan. Lots of items were past sell by date. So ultimately went in the bin. On the whole it was okay but I'm subscribed to snack packs now. 😋

Ps the company implied the products had expired like recently no they had actually arrived out of date.
