I lose 1661.60 pounds because I try to change my date for my holiday.…

This was my first time to use this loveholiday , but it was so bad and I will not ask any of my family’s and friends to use it . I book for a family holidays in turkey for 6 days. Which will be on 20 August to 26 August 2025, I had am emergency with my daughter for hospital appointments, so I decided to change the date for our holiday to turkey, 29 August to 2 September 2025 for 4nights. I called lovehoilday, and I was told the money I paid for the hotel with my flight package. I will not get refund on my flight ticket if I change my date. So I have to pay for a new flight ticket. Which I think is very bad. For I family to lose £1661.60 pounds for flight ticket.

Dear We Love Holiday Team,

Dear We Love Holiday Team,

This is a formal and urgent follow-up to my previous message regarding our current stay at Senza Garden Holiday Club (Booking Reference: LOV11654055DE).

The situation has escalated and is now unacceptable and potentially hazardous. This hotel does not only fail to meet the promised 5-star standard, but in fact, it presents a serious risk to our health and safety. Here is a summary of the ongoing issues:
• The rooms are filled with an unbearable, suffocating odor.
• The air conditioning systems are non-functional, and the heat is overwhelming.
• The furniture is old, broken, and in poor condition.
• The walls are dirty, cracked, and visibly damaged.
• There is a general lack of hygiene and cleanliness.
• The staff is rude and uncooperative.
• The noise level around the property makes it impossible to rest.

This accommodation does not even qualify as a 2-star hotel and is absolutely not what we paid for.
We booked a package holiday with 5-star accommodation, and we have a travel insurance policy in place which guarantees support in such cases.

Under the EU Package Travel Directive 2015/2302 and the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, you as the tour operator are legally obligated to resolve major deficiencies immediately.

We therefore formally request the following:
1. Immediate relocation to a proper 5-star hotel that meets the advertised standards,
2. Or a full or partial refund of the amount paid,
3. And a written explanation of our consumer rights and the actions you are taking on your side.

If we do not receive a response within the next 3 hours, we will be forced to:
• Submit a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre,
• Initiate a refund claim through our insurance and payment provider.

We urge you to take this request seriously and respond without further delay.

It was the first time I booked a…

It was the first time I booked a charter through We Love holidays. What a positive experience. There was a strike announced at Lisbon airport. I received an email about the situation and the next day I was followed up with a phone call. Really good service with the customer in focus. Everything went according to plan, the flight, transfer and the hotel. I would like to repeat the success and book again through We love holidays :-)

5th of juli we should have went to…

5th of juli we should have went to Egypt. Untill today we haven't got any confirmation and nobody can help us with getting our 1600 euro back!!! We've called every possible number and nobody can find our booking, personal information or the amount of money We've paid! We demand our money back or there will be a lawsuit!!!

These are the worst people to deal…

These are the worst people to deal with, professional scammers..requested to change destination and they're charging me same amount as before £1200 I paid has gone down the drain as they expect me to pay another £1200 as if I never gave them money...
If only people would know the truth about these people.

Never ever ever book with these scammers.
Wanted to give 0 star but can not do it.

I would never book with Love Holidays…

I would never book with Love Holidays ever again and I will be sure letting my whole family and friends know to never book a holiday with this company. They are u helpful and taken care £1200 for a holiday I’m not even going on. To top it all off they have charged another £356 saying I cancelled my friends holiday, which i certainly did not I cancelled my holiday due to my accident. My friend now has lost her holiday. Never have I known such a company to be so unprofessional. Please guys be very careful who you book with.

Booked a holiday paid in full (mistake) only for them to say they could not secure the hotel, thought I’d get a refund to book with someone else, what a nightmare to get money back, still not received the £7000 to book another

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! We Book through love holidays for a quick get away to look at some wedding venues in Greece but the ‘4star’ hotel was awful, it was more like a 2star the food we couldn’t even eat and the room stunk so changed to another room and that was even worst so had to book a different hotel through booking.com which was lovely so we tried to get some sort of money back as this was false advertising but love holidays didn’t want to know, I would not recommend them! Stick with jet2 & tui

The customer service team went above…

The customer service team went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted with hotel, transfers. Although the original flights with Corendon Airlines got cancelled in January which I didn't know about until a couple of weeks before we fly out. Love holidays got in touch saying that we could fly out with jet2 have been in touch with Jet 2 and all systems go in future will be doing a package holiday with Jet2.

Booked with love holidays they changed the flyt times did not notify us of the change we lost the holiday which took us a year to pay rang love holidays no help what so ever disgrace service do not use this company I’m a single mom I can’t afford to pay again for my kids to have another holiday left airport in tears dreadful day

It cost me €150 to cancel with…


It cost me €150 to cancel with weloveholiday. They book a room for two people with two beds and then when we cancelled we are surprised to find that the room has a single bed. It makes no sense that if we cancel our trip, the cancellation costs us almost half the booking price. It also makes no sense that we book one specification and then are surprised by a different specification upon confirmation. This is what happened to me in my experience with weloveholiday. I find it impossible to book a holiday through them, even if their prices are very low, because their low prices have serious consequences.

A booking confirmation is sent to the lead passenger of a booking once the customer has made his selection during the booking process and agrees to payment thereof.
