Outrageous
As we go to book our holiday we check for transfer to the hotel. The booking states that the transfer might cost extra. We book our holiday, only to find out there is not available transport at all. I therefore reach out to customer service whom indeed double check and assure me that there is no transport available. I then proceed to ask for my money back because it was stated nowhere that there would be no available transfer. I receive the response that I cannot get a penny back at all. Despite the fact that it's THEM who left information out. I am now stuck paying 15.000 SEK for a trip that I cannot even go on because our only choice to take a taxi which would cost us another 10.000 SEK that we do not have to spend on transfer. Absolutely outrageous that this website has such high ratings. Something like this shouldn't happen and isn't okay whatsoever.
