We book so many holidays with you but…

We book so many holidays with you but when we tried to use a discount voucher which you always seem to tell us has expired ....yet we are such loyal customers ....booking 8 or 9 holidays over last 5 years with you.

Process of booking was easy and…

Process of booking was easy and straightforward to follow. Only thing that could improve it would be if you got a full price with everything included and only the option of upgrading separately apart from that enjoyed the whole process
