Absolutely disgusted as the poor…

Absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service or this company! And will NEVER order or recommend this company to anyone! The lack of communication from the team is so horrendous!! Don’t expect your order for Atleast 2 months and then when you receive it, if there are any problems do not expect a refund or any help!!!! Still waiting for several replies, and no phone number to call?? It’s not worth the hassle or stress, so I would find somewhere else to order your dressing gowns

Thank you Robyn for putting your review on Trustpilot, unfortunately it is not our fault if you didn’t read the information on the website before placing the order and now you are blaming us for your error.

How can placing an order for Sales Items that are not returnable be our fault! Your order was for Sale items which were described on the listing and in the T&C’s that they were non returnable

Despatch – we despatched as soon as we could, not sure where you get 2 months from as the order was placed on 16 June and we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays so this does not equate to as you put it ‘at least 2 months’ as despatch was 22 July, and as the website informs you, we have had issues due to Coronavirus and suppliers being closed, again not our fault, we dealt with your order as quickly as we could.

We replied to your emails, 2 of which were received over a weekend and so replied on Monday but again it also informs you that it could take 2 working days to reply, we have not ignored your emails we just haven’t answered them quick enough for you, we have tried to help but you see us as not helping you because you want to return all the sale items you ordered, you have just not read what is on the website, so in this instance we feel that we are not to blame but because of this error on your part, you have taken to trustpilot to air your view slating us .

I ordered 7 gowns for myself and my…

I ordered 7 gowns for myself and my bridesmaids on 2nd May 2020 for my wedding that is happening on 1st August 2020 and is still due to go ahead.

I am so disappointed and frustrated that my order has still not been dispatched, this is after I received an email this Monday past saying that my order was due to be dispatched this week and I still haven’t had confirmation of this. I ordered the gowns with personalisations for each of my bridesmaids and was looking so forward to receiving them and giving them to each bridesmaid.

I asked to cancel my order and I was given no option other than to wait for them to show.

Now I will have to find another alternative last minute which is not what want to be doing at all at this stage - let alone having to change and re think the whole wedding plan and venue.

I am gutted. All I can do is hope And pray that they turn up in time.

Where do I start

Where do I start. I was charged 5 pounds each time for my parcels but they arrived in one packaging which made me feel like an idiot. One of the robes were sent by mistake, so I had to send it back and pay postage again. Then I was informed that I had to pay an additional 5 pounds to have the other item I want to exchange for sent. The robes are beautiful but not worth this hassle. The robes took 1-2 months to arrive. Its been a bloody nightmare!I would think twice before I buy anything from them. You don't get a full refund but get a voucher to use in their store instead- its very embarrassing. On top of this I did not receive an apology for the mistake they made.

This has not been straightforward due to you cancelling and changing orders and we are short staffed due to Covid 19 has made it even more difficult to sort your orders as you had so many changes it was hard for both you and us
1. Order placed for a robe which you then wanted to cancel so you were given a credit
2. Credit was used for a pair of pyjamas.
3. Before using the credit you placed another order for 2x Emma robes (Navy & Burgundy) and asked to change the navy to white but instead we got it wrong and changed the Burgundy to white
4. Then you wanted to return the pyjamas which would be at your cost as you didn’t want them, you also wanted to return the white robe to exchange for the Burgundy robe which was confusing as the white robe was not sent
5. We received only the Pyjamas to be exchanged for the Burgundy robe which we have
We do try to implement changes to orders but as we say in the T&C’s we cannot be held responsible if changes are not made to orders after they have been placed due to different departments working on the orders it can be missed, so apologises for not sending the changed robe.
We can see you have today placed a further order for robes after leaving this review and warning others not to buy from us, its very sad when we see reviews like this, as we are trying to help you but it has not been straightforward with all the changing of order and the credits on robe and then credit on pyjamas and so we can only apologise that after all our efforts it has still not been a good experience

Overall pretty disappointed!

I brought 6 robes, one was wrong the personalisation but they did send me new one and the white one for the bride you can't really see the personalisation because of the placements of the flowers. Also took 2 months to receive my order understand due to covid but would have been nice to have update about it. Over all pretty disappointed.

Lovelei robes..... simply beautiful

I ordered 5 personalised robes for my wedding next year. I am thrilled with them. They ate stunning, great quality and beautifully packaged.

Delivery took about 6 weeks but this was clear on the website due to COVID and still arrived well within the given timescales.

Communication has always been prompt and personalised. Cannot fault Lovelei one bit.

I cannot wait to wear the robes on our special day :)

Never received my order

I placed my order from this company on the first of may I emailed to see when would it be here as i need it before 10th of June and hadn't recieved any updates, they responded saying it would well be here by then. I've emailed them a number of times since as I still never received a dispatched email and they never got back to me. Its now June 10th and my order is still not here and still haven't received any response to my emails

When you placed the order you were made aware that the estimated date for despatch would be around 22nd June but as a gesture of goodwill we were sorting the order before 10 June, it was despatched well within the time so it should have reached you, however when you informed us you had not received the order , we looked into this for you and the parcel was lost in transit so we quickly despatched another order which we can see you received within a couple of days. We apologise that the first order didn’t reach you

Fantastic!

Ordered bridesmaid robes and I am very impressed with the quality. Lots of options for personalisation which makes the robes unique - I know the girls will love them! Delivery was very quick and customer service has been great. Highly recommend.

The products, delivery, frequent discounts, price and staff are simply ‘LoveLei’.

I have had many products now and they have all been of high standard and quality. More recently, they have been incredibly supportive and have kept my spirits up!

I ordered the Olivia robes for my wedding last year from Lovelei ready for my wedding in June 2020, I absolutely loved them, they were perfect and I was so excited to give them to my bridal party, however due to covid 19 we have had to reschedule our wedding to a September date, which meant all our personalised, dated robes went to waste. I still really want these beautiful robes for my wedding day so I emailed Lovelei and explained the situation and they came straight back to me offering me 15% off, free personalisation on the children’s Robes and the bride Robe for FREE!! I was overwhelmed with their generosity especially at such a difficult time for small businesses too. I can’t wait to receive my new robes and hopefully wear them on the 25th September 2020 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I recently received a ‘Mummy to be’ sleepshirt from LoveLei and I am so impressed with the service and quality!
It arrived in a lovely white box and it’s so soft and the personalisation is a lovely touch.
I would 100% order from them again. The sleepshirt washes really well and is so comfortable to sleep in. thank you

Would highly recommend Lovelei for personalised products for all occasions. The girls at Lovelei are amazing. They keep you update to date with your order throughout and are happy to answer any questions and are always prompt to reply. Great looking and easy to navigate website. Highly recommended

I thoroughly recommend Lovelei. The staff are very friendly and professional and were able to advise me on the different types of robes available for my destination wedding. I chose the Lucie robe in various colours and they are absolute gorgeous and perfect.

Please do not use this company (formally 'The little lovebird').

I ordered 7 robes at the beginning of December for my wedding and I am still waiting. Their communication is beyond dismal and they are quite happy for people to chase up their order rather than having the courtesy of telling their customers why their purchases are not with them yet. I've had to email several times to find out where my order is (some of which were ignored) and the responses I got were all the same. They constantly say that they are waiting for their order of robes to be delivered and then my order would be dispatched. Then I wouldn't hear from them again for another 2/3/4 weeks, until I emailed once again! If there is an issue with someones order, you should really email them this and then at least people would be a bit more understanding, rather than just annoyed and upset!

Please do not blame Covid19 on your lack of communication with your clients. It's impact may have delayed your deliveries, but this does not excuse your treatment towards your customers.

I paid £120 for these robes and it has caused me a severe amount of stress, something that you shouldn't have to experience while planning your wedding.

I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and reported them to trading standards and I can only hope they do not continue to get away with this.

We can only apologise that you felt you needed to leave us a review, it is not always easy for us to get answers from suppliers especially as some of our manufacturers/suppliers were experiencing Covid from December and it was very frustrating trying to get answers when they were closed. It looks like we do not care about our customers it has a knock on effect, if we inform customers that they will have the order in a couple of days but then our supplier lets us down then we have to let customers down it can be difficult if the supplier messes us about with our delivery. Weddings are stressful for us both as we have to work to dates so we do understand.

I ordered 10 non personalized dressing gowns at the beginning of December, paid for non urgent delivery which should of meant my order should have been delivered around Christmas time. I asked for an update on my order with no response, after further chasing, i received an email on 16th January saying that the robes i had ordered were in a "bad batch" and that new ones were on their way and arriving Mid Feb. Being a small fashion business owner myself, i completely understood the situation and i was happy to wait for them to arrive as i didn't need them until first week of March.
I then chased of an update mid Feb with a reply of, "I am waiting for an update.."
I then chased AGAIN for an update with a response of "end Feb/beginning of March" - i was fine as i needed them beginning of March.
I then chased several other times and at the end of Feb i got a reply with can you change your order to a different style. As i was desperate for my order i chose one of the options which i was promised the following week. I never received a dispatch email so i chased AGAIN for an update. 13th March i was informed that the large was out of stock and they were waiting for a delivery of it - WHY DID YOU ASK ME TO CHOOSE AN ALTERNATIVE STYLE IF IT WASN'T IN STOCK??
23rd march - i asked for a refund where i was informed i can only receive a credit note. I understand that in their T&C that refunds are not available, HOWEVER, i have waited 4 MONTHS for my order (which i still haven't had an update on) so i feel like i am entitled to a refund as my wedding date has now passed. You shouldn't have to wait this long!!
THIS COMPANY HAVE BASICALLY STOLEN MY MONEY AND WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. DO NOT DO THE SAME AS ME - DO NOT ORDER

Sorry we had issues with your order, when the first batch arrived there were a few problems and at this time we asked if you wished to change robes but you wanted to wait which was fine. We also agreed to send you 10 free tshirts as a gesture of goodwill and then we were waiting for our replacement Ella order but unfortunately that supplier informed us that our order was going to be delayed at this point you changed your robes to Emma robes, these robes were on the way from a different supplier so we thought all was going to be fine until they arrived without any large robes and you had large on the order, we can only apologise that nothing was working out. When you order non personalised robes we do not issue refunds only credit notes but as you did not want a credit note and had as you stated waited for the robes for a long period, we were prepared on this occasion to issue the refund, but before we could sort with you, you left a review on Trustpilot. We don’t steal any ones money and we are not thieves, it was just a difficult time when the robes were due to arrive that the coronavirus was just starting and deliveries were disrupted and then we didn’t get the correct order there were robes missing otherwise it would have run smoothly so we can only apologise and wished we could have sorted it amicably before you left us this upsetting review
