I ordered my dog hamper the end of October through my dog insurance as a free gift. It has still not arrived. I have chased several times. I have emailed and received one response a few weeks back saying they will chase royal mail. I have still not received anything and have not had any further to my further emails. Can someone contact me please

Received pack as a free gift through using Agria Pet Insurance. The original box never arrived, I contacted Love Louie and after some initial confusion Amy sorted it and a box arrived. Toys are robust enough for Nellie our 9 month old Deerhound and she loves the treats. Will certainly use again.

It took a little while for our luxury hampers to be sent out, but it was well worth the wait. Both hampers were tailored to my Chihuahua’s with size suitable toys and really great treats that are healthy too. I would definitely recommend Love Louie to provide a special gift for your pet.

Love Louie went the extra mile to deliver a luxury box of dog treats to us. When the treat box arrived I was delighted with it. It was full of toys and snacks I know our dog will enjoy. The company was very responsive to my emails; professional, pleasant and efficient. I am pleased to have found them.

We were offered a free puppy hamper by our insurance company from Love Louie. When it didn't arrive as expected I contacted them and they quickly chased it up with Royal Mail. It arrived a few days later.
We were very pleased with the contents of the hamper, which are produced in an eco-friendly way. Our puppy is happy with them too!

Lovely box of goodies for my doggies, they are really enjoying the toys, they're excellent quality. There was quite a delay with receiving the order but we got there eventually.

Received this hamper as part of Kennel Club insurance. First parcel went missing, but Amy was incredibly helpful and sent another. My cocker spaniel is loving the toys, especially the rugby ball, and the treats are very well received

I ordered a hamper for my dog and I was really impressed with the items received. There were some really lovely toys in there along with treats and a lick Matt which now one of her favourite things! I love finding small businesses who offer unique and quality items. Would really recommend and feel the boxes are value for money x

What a lovely hamper in time for Christmas. Got it as part of the Agria pet insurance. Good quality treats and Kong toys for our little Maligator. Amy has been very responsive and helpful over email.

….Ordered 2 hampers on 2nd November and still waiting….no response to email or messenger

Poor experience...
Ordered a hamper at the end of October and expected it within the 7 days as advertised on website.

Two weeks later it had still not been delivered. I sent an email to ask as to when to expect it and a further two weeks on the email has not been replied to and still no hamper.

Edit - Since posting review, hamper now delivered. Email inboxes, junk mail and folders checked (with no incoming emails delivered from Love Louie during that time).

Ordered kitten hamper through Agria Insurance offer on 29 October. Emailed Love Louie on 9 th November to ask when my order could be expected. No reply. Emailed again on 11 Nov and Amy contacted me advising order will be shipped on Monday 13 and I will receive it on Tuesday. Now Wednesday 15 Nov and no sign of hamper. Have now asked for full refund. Disappointing service. On website they state the turnaround for orders is 7 working days. Clearly this is an issue for company.

Edit- have now been offered refund.

Agria insurance contacted me to inform me on 21 st Nov that I was to receive a hamper as a good will gesture. Still waiting. Very poor customer service from company.

Received good will hamper and quality and quantity was very good. It’s a great idea for pets but hopefully the delivery service has been improved.

We were overwhelmed at the quality of the box and how perfectly selected everything in it is for our puppy. Truly a fantastic mix of toys and treats.

I have tried other boxes but they have paled in comparison to the value and quality of these ones.

Highly recommended
