8 working days, still not here
I placed my order on 23Aug and haven’t had it yet and today is 2 Sept. When they saw my review Lovely Melt Wax emailed to say that the delay is due to the Royal Mail. This is very frustrating for Lovely Melt Wax and their customers. I love the things I buy from here and will continue to use them

Good afternoon Janet,
We are sad to see that you have left us such a negative review, And we are sorry that we didn't reply to your email straight away we usually do reply within 48/72 hours. Unfortunately weekends and bank holidays do delay delivery services and royal mail have had a few striking days which does effect delivery times also, As you can imagine royal mail will now have a very big back log of orders to get through, we did send emails out regarding strikes.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, we have sent you an email regarding this matter also.
Regards
Rachel
Love the sponges
Love the sponges. Scents are wonderful and they really do smooth your skin.
It's the first time I've used whipped soaps and they're OK. I think I'll be using them again.

Fabulous little vendor
Have been a customer for many years now, fantastic customer service, nothing is too much trouble, her wax melts are lovely and strong and you can get a good few days worth of scent out of just two segments of her wax bars, her soap sponges are the best on the market, if she doesn’t stock a scent you can always ask and she will try and get it in for you, fabulous little vendor, and great value for money,
