They don't respond to complaints

Not 48hr delivery. Item took longer than expected , PO misrouted but never changed the status. Emailed Love outlet twice for feedback. Never bothered to respond to any which I was disappointed. I understand delays with Christmas but still it's all about customer service. Will stick to LOVE HONEY.

Dear Caroline Wright, I notice you placed an order at 8pm and selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 as the delivery method, which as advised on our website is a 2-3 working days service. Your order was dispatched the next morning and you received a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I notice you emailed us on Friday, Saturday and Sunday asking us to update the status on Royal Mail's tracking website. Unfortunately as we explained to you via email on Monday, status updates on Royal Mail's website are out of control, just like any delays Royal Mail may encounter with the delivery of your parcel. We take action with Royal Mail on behalf of our customers whenever a delay is encountered or any other issue arises.

As advised on our website we aim to respond to any queries from our customers within 2 business days, we are sorry this timeline does not meet your expectations.

We notice your parcel has been delivered and we trust you are satisfied with the products you received. We are sorry to see you go, however we should make you aware the timings for Royal Mail Services such as Royal Mail Tracked 48 are the same across all UK retailers. As for response times, we are a small business and we pride ourselves on being able to let our staff enjoy their weekends with their families.

BEWARE BAD COMPANY

Well, I still have not got any money back for a product which was not suitable, no size or measurements given. And returned in the same package which was still hermetically sealed. They have the package which I paid for to return to them and have refused to give me back my money and still have my 47 pounds THIS IS THEFT THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY, anywhere in the world this is THEFT I am not backing down on this and I will keep posting these reviews until I get my money back. Also I have told them to stop sending me emails re their products they have so far sent me over 7 emails.So who is harassing who, they use bully boy tactics, threatening legal action by sending out a cease and desist letter to stop sending them emails, but they still send me emails even after I have told them not to. COWBOY COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD REFUND POLICY, In short, just thieves. THIEVES Definition off. A person who steals another person's property, especially by stealth and without using force or threat of violence.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, no communication regarding delivery or returns!! The staff are very very rude and if you want your money back...... you will have a very very very long wait!!

I have only given one star because it won’t let me leave less, I have a false and rude response to my comments, I have been informed that I was very rude to there chat worker. This was because I informed him they had not emailed any information.

So now for a rant!!

I place an order on the website on the on the 14/5 and then change my mind, due to a sudden drain on my finances that I wasn’t expecting. I emailed customer services to cancel the order and this was responded to in good time and I was informed that it had been dispatched. All ok and good up to now. I emailed back ( not instant chat) to ask if I could just refuse delivery and asked if they would accept the return that way. I had NO response. I went on the website and registered my returns and was informed by a message on the screen that a customer service representative would be in touch…… nothing, and I did that twice…. Still nothing. No delivery note to print nothing!!

As it was a lot of money for me I decided to send it recorded delivery as I was worried about the lack of communication. I did not receive confirmation that they had received it so I used there chat option on the website to check that they had received it.

When I informed them that I had no communication from them and that I wanted to complain I was informed that I did not have a reason to complain and I was informed that, I was ridiculous and rude……. Which got my back up!! This then was not about the lack of communication from them and more about my inability to read their returns policy.

All I wanted was a sorry you have not had an email, we have your items…

This is the second review I have left as I have had a response to my 1st one that was again rude and the details are incorrect. I have no other motivation for leaving this review other than to prevent other people from the frustration of the lack of communication.

Finally I did send an email to customer service on the 22/5 after the rude chat, and guess what no response. I’m sorry that it takes a negative review to have any kind of communication from this organisation. It was a response that suggested that they didn’t care about how I felt as a customer…… I hope this makes it all very clear to them that I do have a valid complaint.

In response to your response-

I have copies off both mails that I sent and the one rely by email and pictures of the chat if you would like to see them, I did email them to you. But I have had an email response from you regarding that contract either. The reason for my change of mind is really none of your business.

Dear Kathryn Briody, I'm afraid the facts you describe in your review are simply not true and quite misleading. You placed an order on our website on Friday 14th May at 9.42pm for 4x items and a total of £86.92. At 10.58pm you emailed requesting to cancel your order as you had "changed your mind".

Our fulfilment process is built to meet the expectations of our customers when it comes to dispatching their orders as quickly as possible so they receive them as quickly as possible.

We offer a 24/7 live chat support where queries can be replied to fast and over the weekend. As advised on our contact page, we aim to respond to all queries sent to us via email within 2 business days maximum, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee responding to an email sent to us on a late Friday evening on the very next morning nor being able to cancel an order before it reaches our dispatch queue if such request is made via email, simply due to the amount of communications we receive over the weekends.

Your order was dispatched the next morning at 10.27am and you received a dispatch confirmation via email with a tracking number.

You contacted us on our live chat on the day following the dispatch notification you received and were provided with instructions on how to refuse the parcel or return your order. I notice that you chose to return your parcel ignoring those instructions, failing to insert a cover note in your return parcel, dispatching it to a different address than the one you were provided with which is not dedicated to the processing of returns. I also notice you have not even opened the parcel.

I have reviewed the communications you entertained with our support agent on our live chat and notice that you were extremely rude with our support agent, opening the chat with "give me a refund" and "you could do with customer service training".

All information and details regarding delivery & returns is available on our website on dedicated and easily accessible pages in addition to our support chat which features automated responses for customers requesting information on those topics before being provided with the option of speaking with a support agent. As clearly advised on our returns page, all refunds are automatically processed within 30 days.

We seriously question the motivations behind your review, the 7 edits you have made to your review, and more specifically your ability to form any negative opinion about our service or make any claim regarding any lack of information on delivery, returns or timelines regarding refunds.

Nipple suckers

Company ok. Easy ordering and parcel arrived fairly quickly. I was disappointed with the item I bought. They did not meet any of my expectations and will probably never use them again.
