Shocking customer service …

Paid an extra 8 pound for next day delivery on the 31st of December and my package was due to arrive on the 3rd but didn't arrive till the 4th and despite raising these concerns with loveoutlet they just dismissed it and didn't offer to refund the extra money paid for delivery shocking customer service and to say we reopened on the 3rd and dispatched your order then I ordered it before the cut of point on the 31st of December so guaranteed next day delivery is supposed tl be next working day witch is clearly the 3rd so the 4th isn't on time at all as you u have tried to claim in your pathetic response now there's there customer service for everyone yo see for themselves thanks for the enlightenment rip off all your customers for the 8 pound postage bet that's your little holiday fund scam that you got on the go isn't it ha still banging on that the 4th a as on time guaranteed next working day delivery if ordered before 2 I ordered before dinner time and you have clearly stated that you dispatched my parcel in the 3rd the day it was supposed to arrive and continue to try and just blag that the 4th was right when it clearly isn't then you thought cause your not happy about a complaint you would band about what I'd bought on the hope of embarrassing me something else any future customer will have no dought noted and when you rip people of its generally going to irritate them so you should be used to a few swear words by now customer service policy if anyone compliant well tell everyone wha5 they bought in the hope they get embarrassed and delete there bad review nice tactic guys real smooth 😉 oh and you didn't post your rude replies to my emails for everyone to see did you 😅😅 your good at this customer service aren't you 🙈🤣🤣

Dear Mark Ohare, you placed an order on Saturday December 31st, as clearly advised on our website and twice via email by our customer service team, our warehouse is closed on weekends and was exceptionally closed on Monday January 2nd for the National Bank Holiday, it reopened on January 3rd. Your order was therefore dispatched on January 3rd with the method you selected (DPD Express Next Day which is a 1 working day delivery service) and delivered right on time on January 4th.

What is shocking here is the language you used in your emails with our customer service and the fact that despite all this information being clearly advised on our website and reiterated over multiple emails, you clearly still do not understand that your order was dispatched and delivered right on time and felt the need to leave a completely unjustified 1 star review.

We do not make a profit on delivery fees, we actually incur a loss. We are pasting your very first email below so readers here can make a fair opinion of your review.

Ordered one product with this company…

Ordered one product with this company and paid for it to be internationally shipped. Product has still not been delivered nearly 2 months since I ordered it. Emailed to ask what the issue is and they advised the recipient needs to sort it out. Ridiculous. The recipient has not been contacted by the courier and we are still none the wiser. They advised they would ask Royal Mail to investigate but never came back to me with any update on that. Now I have paid for something which is just stuck in an airport and this company has done little to rectify the situation.

Dear Dan, unfortunately as advised in our email there is nothing we the sender or Royal Mail the courier can do to speed up the process of clearing the customs or removing any block on the parcel due to any details from the recipient not having been provided to the local customs. As advised in our previous email, we can only advise that the recipient contacts the local customs.

bought a device last week

bought a device last week - was home all day expecting delivery - didnt arrive - received mail saying delivery attemted byt now I must pick it up from a post office that was half an hour drive away - sent refund request which was ignored.
Had a friend going that way days later so collected
When I used it it lasted 5 minutes then the small flat hard to come by batteries supplied gave up so my love session was incomplete

Dear Chris Stott, I have reviewed the tracking information and the communications you entertained with our customer service. DPD made a delivery attempt and proceeded to leave your parcel at your local pick up shop which is a 10 minutes drive away. You were advised of the opportunity to request a re-delivery or pick up from a different pick up shop. We did not receive any refund request from you and seeing as you collected your parcel we see no reason for any refund to be made. We have not heard from you since the last two emails you sent to our customer service insulting them for no reason whatsoever and can only imagine you are therefore satisfied with the products you ordered.

Ordered a product on Friday for a next…

Ordered a product on Friday for a next day Saturday weekend DPD delivery (additional 10 pound delivery). However its Sunday now and the only email I've got was from Friday confirming my order and informing me they will email me once the item has dispatched. But the item hasn't even left their warehouse yet. I'm addition I've also sent emails on Saturday and Sunday asking for an update but unfortunately I got no response. I will be requesting a refund tomorrow and I won't be using this service. It was my first and last time. No communication, not reliable and false advertising. All of this could of been prevented had their been a more reliable customer service in place such as phone or live chat services.

Hi there, I see you placed an order on Friday at 4.19pm selecting DPD Saturday as the delivery method. Unfortunately as clearly advised on our website, orders need to be placed by 3pm on weekdays for guaranteed same day dispatch. Additionally and as also clearly advised on our website, we aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days, our offices and our dispatch centre are closed over the weekend. A refund was automatically processed for the price difference with DPD Express Next Day when your order was dispatched on Monday. We find your claims and your review quite ridiculous, all information relating to contacting us and delivery timings is available on every single page of our website. Just because you are placing an order on a website does not meet there is a team of thousands working 24/7.

Good service from Loveoutlet 5* on…

Good service from Loveoutlet 5* on deliver ect have no issues ordering with them again!.

However the product was not as expected and not worth the money in my opinion.

It's very tight as advertised, and started to hurt after a few minutes. Its also very flimsy. I wouldn't recommend this product for the slightly biger then average male size.

My 3 star rating is only a reflection for the product its self and my personal experience.

We offer a 30 day returns policy in case you change your mind and a 1 year warranty on all sex toys. However unless your product develops a fault, as clearly advised on our returns policy we are unable to accept returns on products where the packaging has been opened or that have been handled in any way for obvious hygiene reasons. Our customers appreciate the stringent guidelines we have in place to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience. Amazing value

Received my order really quickly and the quality of the items was exceptional. I'm so pleased I went with such an affordable option. The items were as described, but the materials were better than I expected.
Will be using again.

Avoid at all cost

Ordered a sextoy from loveoutlet and received it fine.

Then when the device stopped working they took an extensive amount of time to answer my requests.

First, their return form doesn't work properly cause they are still using popup (what a joke!) but even if it goes through they do not reply to request trying for the 30 days return to finish.

Second, after emailing them and insisting I finally got someone to answer my email and was able to get, non without pain, the return address.

Now that I returned the product in time they say that the product is extremely dirty and it's not safe for them to push the only button of the device to realise that it doesn't work any more. Whereas I, for obvious reason, took extensive time to clean it! They were also "shocked" that their product has been used extensively, like what are you expecting from me to leave it on a shelf? It's a prostate massager there isn't 1000 ways to use it it's not my fault if you are selling bad products.

So be aware of that and order from an honest website instead you can get lucky and get a working device but if you need to return it you can sit on your money ... I wish I looked at reviews Love Honey seems to at least respect their customers.

EDIT: you don't even know how your own website is working ... if my popup blocker is triggering that means you have pop ups. So you say you reviewed the conversation so I'm asking why they didn't answer when I asked for proof that the product was dirty? Which literally means you guys can just make things up about it and get away with it.

EDIT 2: so if you just make a simple Google translate request you'll see that this pseudonym isn't obscene at all... just mean lazy person xD... And I'm using trustpilot as a way to fight back when companies aren't being honest (like your company). And that's pretty much what everyone is using reviews for! It isn't surprising that I'm not the only on to complain about your refund system.

All your emails were responded to in a polite and timely manner and you were provided with a freepost address to return the item as part of our 1 year warranty on all sex toys. As advised on our returns policy and reminded to you in the email in which we provided you with our freepost address, we ask that all products that are returned to us as faulty be cleaned so they can be inspected. We were simply shocked by the wear and tear this premium product showed after less than 1 month use and especially considering the fact that you claimed you could not use as it was not working properly. Furthermore, the product was not clean as requested. We would normally have returned this product to you, despite this we processed a full refund and notice you have placed another order for a different Lelo product. We hope you are satisfied with your new order. In regards to your comments on pop ups and our returns from, I'm afraid you are mistaken, the only pop up on our website only is our newsletter sign up, our returns form is a simple form embedded on a page. We are sorry you experienced issues filling this in which may explain why you filled in 7 of them, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for how our website may appear to your when using a third party "pop up blocker". We notice you are in the habit of posting extremely negative reviews on a number of retailers under this obscene username, we wish you all the best shopping with other retailers like the one mentioned which features the exact same return policy :-) Kind regards.
