Despite presenting the medical limitations I have, the advice you have repeated in order to return the sofa, I just can't do.
Extremely unhelpful information despite me describing in depth my limitations
There are marks on the couch and it's just not for me, there's no comfort at all. It's hard, uncomfy and unsuitable. Yet the unreachable delivery request dictate that I'm just stuck with a sofa which is inadequate in so many ways.

However, our returns procedure is based on the requirements of our 3rd party carrier and must be followed consistently for all customers. We are unable to provide exceptions to the collection requirements, including dismantling or packaging services, as these are not services offered by our carrier.
As clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, customers are responsible for preparing larger furniture items for return, including ensuring the item is ready for collection in the required condition. The return instructions provided were in line with our published policy and the process available to all customers.
While we are sorry that the sofa did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort and suitability, this does not change the return requirements that apply to the order.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but the correct procedure was provided and followed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

No communication !! No sofa 😥
I ordered and paid for a sofa - no communication until I complained !! To be told they didn’t have the colour I wanted 😢 but they had a bottle green instead of sage green 😳

Although a previous sofa may have been removed from the property, this does not necessarily mean a new sofa can be delivered through the same access route. Differences in dimensions, packaging, shape, and manoeuvrability can all affect whether an item can safely fit through doorways and hallways.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing , i returned an item , had to pay collection charge £60 and top of that they deducted £100 from my purchase amount.
No damage ,
£100 paid for not packaging properly as the sofa was too big, couldn’t pack it with its original packaging.
Anyway , won’t buy anymore from this company.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
The £60 collection fee was confirmed before the return was arranged. We also provided detailed packing instructions and, after the sofa was returned, shared the courier's collection photos together with our warehouse inspection photos, which showed that the sofa had sustained damage during transit due to insufficient packaging. Based on this documented evidence, a £100 deduction was applied to reflect the reduction in the item's value.
If you would like to discuss the inspection or the return further, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist.
Trying to get a faulty sofa replaced
27/5 a sofa was delivered. It had a faulty zip. I emailed straight away, was offered 5% refund, I asked for a replacement. They offered 10%. Again refused, it was faulty I wanted it replaced. They then wanted to see if it could be repaired, again no replace it. I had to keep chasing and chasing and at last today 4 weeks after the faulty sofa was delivered, it was replaced.

Love Sofas Wakefield store
We went to the Wakefield showroom after looking online. Staff were very helpful and we ordered 2 chairs.
Very quick free delivery and the chairs are excellent. We will definatly shop here again.
