Really bad services l made a Mistake on my delivery postcode by writing the wrong postcode l didnt relise untill the notification cam thought about delivery and l called them and they said l hadn't ordered anything when l had and didn't help was a bit rude aswell when l tried explaining

We purchased the Portofino 2 seater…
We purchased the Portofino 2 seater sofa after seeing it on-line. The sofa was excellent and we are pleased with the colour and the texture of material. The delivery was carried out by two young people and we couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service we experienced.

Website was clear, easy to follow, quick delivery, within a week, staff on delivery team, nothing to much trouble for them. I had a few issues re legs on sofa paint was chipped. Phoned Lovesofa, very helpful and got new legs delivered to me straight away. Can't fault the overall service

Looks good quality could be better
Really quick delivery. I bought one of their light brown chesterfield sofas looks really nice and is comfortable. But after 3 months of use, the seat cushion is already miss shapen and it squeaks and creeks when sat on. For nearly £600 I expected the springs to be better quality
