They book a courier service that will…
They book a courier service that will not remove the sofa from the box or leave the item for you to get help to get it into your property. Appalling customer service by courier especially to a disabled person. My item came in a box which was slightly too big to fit through my door. Delivery men refused to unbox it to get it in my home. I told them to leave it so my friends could bring it in for me but delivery men said they couldn't leave it so they took it away. They were very rude.

Our deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier service operating under specific safety and handling guidelines, which in some cases include restrictions on removing items from packaging or leaving parcels outside of property. These procedures are in place to ensure safe handling for both customers and delivery teams.
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, particularly where access into the property was limited. In cases where items cannot safely fit through access points, the courier team may be unable to complete the delivery as intended.

First Class Service
Excellent Service. Easy to choose and order the sofas online. All dimensions are shown on the website so I could ensure that the sofas would fit in the space available, and that they were high enough to support my back. Quick delivery. The delivery team completed the assembly for me, tested that the reclining seats worked and showed me how to disassemble the sofas in case I needed to move them.

There was a sale on, it was amazing. The sofa is amazing too.
Customer services could do with some improvement as we only got part delivery one day, and the next part the next day. So 3 out of 5 stars for communication. Then differing advice when i had to call back multiple times.
5 stars for delivery, delivery men, delivery company and sofa.
Would shop here again and highly recommend.
