Delivered on time, the delivery men helped by unpacking the sofa from it’s box which was a big help

Excellent! Ordering on line was easy to do. I needed to speak with Customer services who were really helpful in organising a specific delivery date & answering a query I had regarding the material. I was kept updated re the delivery which was dealt with efficiently & on time & I’m very pleased with the sofas.

Order did not arrive on the date I was told the delivery service did not let me know it was not coming so after take a day off work for nothing customers service were not helpful at all
