Happy with my new sofa
Really happy with the communication, delivery and my colourful new emerald patchwork sofa, works perfectly in our otherwise monochrome kitchen. Just pop the legs on, arrange the cushions and enjoy. It’s fairly firm but that’s what I wanted. And the cat took to it straight away without digging her claws into it. Amazing value all told.

Inferior materials used.
I year and six months ago we bought a beautiful three seater Chesterfield sofa. Unfortunately it has now become very uncomfortable, with flattened foam. I cannot sit on it without a cushion; it hurts. It cost £899. Not cheap.
I contacted the customer service and was told that this was considered normal wear and tear, and they could not help.
So my warning to other potential customers is to be very wary that this company uses inferior material and are not at all interested in keeping their customers happy.

All of our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturing warranty, which applies to defects in materials and workmanship. As your purchase was made around 18 months ago, it falls outside of this warranty period. Changes in comfort, such as foam softening over time, are generally considered normal wear and tear with regular use rather than a manufacturing fault.
While we’re unable to assist further in this instance, we do genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience, and we will take your feedback into account as part of our ongoing product reviews.

Easy and fast
Easy to order fast delivery good quality and easy to assemble on my own. The seat cushions are a bit firm but I understand that you use dense foam and that it will soften in time. Overall the service was excellent and I am very happy with my purchase.
