I had a frustrating experience with the box delivery. I ordered my 7 boxes to arrive on the 30th of May, specifically from LoveSpace as it had a specific scheduled delivery date and so I'd have time to pack everything before my scheduled collection on the 2nd of June, as I was leaving the UK on the 3rd. The boxes didn't actually arrive until the 5th of June — six days late, and after I'd already left the country.
This caused real problems. Because the boxes never came in time, I had to scramble and order my own from elsewhere, which themselves only arrived two days later, leaving me just one day to pack everything up. For a well-known and well-advertised company like Lovespace, I'd have expected better planning — ideally dispatching boxes a little ahead of the requested date precisely so customers receive them on schedule (or even early) and have time to pack. Cutting it fine on a date the customer has clearly built their move around isn't good enough.
That said, the collection itself was perfect and very convenient, and the driver was great — genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. If the box delivery had been as reliable as the collection, this would have been a five-star experience.
