Good customer support helpline
I had some trouble with the storage units as I had many questions I needed answers to. I contacted the customer support line and got connected to Saiid and he was very helpful and patient when helping me answer all of my questions. He even went through the lengths of asking multiple departments for clarifications when it comes to the storage unit details and he helped me with all my queries in a timely manner.

The delivery service was great! Ivan was super smiley early in the morning and offered to help me bring my boxes from inside the building to outside. Overall pretty good and easy experience. Only limitations is the restriction on liquids.

Amazing Delivery
Had a guy named Usman. Very friendly and helpful. Delivery was prompt and on time. He texted me when he was 30, 15, ans 5 minutes away which gave me enough time to inform uni accom staff about his arrival. He also had a trolley which was very useful!
