While the initial order was through…
While the initial order was through LovetheSales, the item was actually fulfilled by ONU Designer Wear. I was initially alarmed about this as ONU have a policy of instructing the delivery company to neither leave a package in a safe place or with a neighbour. This created a a problem for me as I work all week and I’m unable to be present to receive delivery. I avoid using companies that have this policy. However, when I corresponded with ONU regarding delivery one of their employees responded quickly to offer a suitable alternative, I’m very impressed with ONUs customer service and willingness to help a customer and would not hesitate to use both ONU and LovetheSales for future purchases. Thank you!
