Just awful we feel scammed such a rip off. This is relabelled cheap rubbish not handmade at all. My daughter has ordered from here twice now and both times she has been let down. The quality of the trousers and skirts are disgusting for the price she's had better from shein for a fraction of the price!! Zipper went on one pair after two wears. Sizing is so off 2 size 10 items are about 2 inches different. Can't return either can only exchange which says a lot!!!

Really sad to be doing this as i have been ordering from LTT for years at this point and have always been pretty happy (despite some wild sizing differences across products) but i had to return something myself for the first time recently and the customer service was absolutely shocking. It took over 3 weeks for them to rectify and they kept telling me they had sent emails (they hadnt). All i wanted to know was if they had recieved my order as i had hoped to reorder a smaller size but throughtout all of this i couldnt even get a acknowledgement of my complaint let alone a apology. Just really dissapointed and doubt i will bother ordering again to be honest especially as after shipping costs im just left £9 out of pocket...

made an account just to make this review. terrible customer service. made 2 orders, neither came. that was 6 months ago. they claim they only received one order back and rather than contacting the courier like the shipper is supposed to do, they just say they haven't received it yet but can refund my first order (which they keep offering to do but still have yet to actually do it despite repeated emails requesting it). if they bothered to even check the tracking info, it clearly shows that the second order was delivered back to them months ago. now theyre back to ignoring me. trash customer service, trash company

quality has substantially gone down. i have ordered from this company for a long time and experienced the downfall of the garments they product. literal shein/forever 21 quality. i have seen the same style of some items on shein or sites like such. (yesstyle, etc) makes me wonder if LTT is using the same warehouse those fast fashion brands do. i recently ordered the raven jumper for 60 USD! when it arrived, i was not expecting what horrible quality it would be for being that expensive!!! you’d expect it from forever 21 or shein since theyre cheap. i cannot believe this company has made this of a drastic change to their old quality!! really sucks because some of their styles are unique :(

and before you say “just return it” … im in the usa which would cost $27 for shipping to them. so that would be a huge loss. if their quality doesnt start improving (while cost of items increases simply because of their follower count) , i cant bring myself to purchase their items anymore.

Returned both a top and skirt had to chance return after 2 weeks.

Only refunded me a bra not the skirt, £30 down the drain what a joke.

Do not shop with these guys.

my order is stuck in Saudi Arabia somehow. whereas my destination country is UAE. and NOBODY IS REPLYING TO ME to resolve this problem!!!

Ordered some shorts that I've wanted for ages (they had been out of stock for the longest time), I bought my usual size but they were ridiculously small. Also incredibly poor quality, the lace shorts had loose threads all over it. I immediately paid for a shipping label to send them back, it took a week for them to allow my parcel to be delivered by Royal Mail and then another week for them to process the return. Be warned that they also don't refund the original delivery costs, so you're out of pocket even if you return items (goodbye to my £6 for shorts I no longer have). I think it's ridiculous to charge for returns when you don't have any other way of trying on the items. Won't be buying from them again, if you're gonna return items you'd be better off just selling them on Depop or Vinted. Wish I had done that :(

Bought a dress from here a month back as soon as it came back in stock, size was great and and arrived really quick too. The quality is lovely and it looks great!

Please read this CAREFULLY! Most designs are from Aliexpress which the company is not transparent about. The quality has been absolutely horrendous. Don’t purchase from there.

I have never been so disappointed in an order as I am here. I ordered pants and a skirt. Pants in a 38 and skirt in a 36, ​​pants fit more like a 40 and skirt like a 32. Pants are terrible quality and came ripped. Well, I don't even wear that skirt. When I wrote to them about the invoice so that I could declare the clothes at all, they sent me a screenshot of the order not an invoice. Really sad. I would return the clothes, but it would cost me more than I paid.

I've been buying from this site for years because I love the designs! I'm always watching new drops and almost always catching them late because I live in the US. However, sometimes the sizing feels off. For reference, the tammy body suit, the knott yours mini dress, and the stevie dress are all something i couldve sized down in. However, the madeline top i bought is very small. Yet all of them were the same size (within my measurement range). My point is, the clothes look great! But I feel like the sizing is inconsistent within the brand and the sizing charts. I'm still going to continue to purchase but, I'd also like it if I didnt have to tailor some of the clothes I've bought to fit the right way:)

The majority of their clothes are from aliexpress, which is why they never have inclusive sizing and barely ever restock. Have bought a few things off there before I realised and while the clothes are cute, could've got them for like £20 cheaper.
