In my experience, I absolutely love my Love Too True items. They all feel super soft to wear and look amazing on. Super comfortable. I always look at the model and how the clothes fit on them to judge my size. (I'm UK 10/12) M/L fits almost every time. The fabric is delicate, but soft. I prefer this to mass produced thicker material that irritates my skin. With shipping, they are a small business, so I'm prepared for a wait. They always inform me of shipping times and delays. Can't fault them. Much better than Disturbia.

So disappointed by Love too true. I ordered a jumper (the best selling raven one) a few tops, a dress and some lace shorts. I received my order in 3 weeks which I understood with it being a small business. However, when the order came it all fit into an a4 size parcel, I genuinely thought they had just sent me the jumper but upon opening it I found the thinnest quality clothes.
The raven jumper which I got in a medium (my usual size) was thin and tiny (the model in the promo photo must be a size 6 wearing a size 12).
The dress and tops were also terrible thin material, basically see through. All the tops I ordered in my usual size, two almost fit but one I couldn’t even get my head through the hole.
The saltine shorts were sewed shut, the zip wouldn’t go down so I had to use scissors to cut the thread it was getting trapped on.
I’ll have to return pretty much everything and I can only get store credit, now that I know how cheap the materials they use are I’m reluctant to do this but I wouldn’t even try to sell these on to someone else.
Really disappointed about how many influencers promote this brand when everything is poorly made and sized awfully.

Clothes are awful quality and sizing, I am a UK size 12 and their size L (14/16) listed on the website does not fit properly. Cheaply made clothes at a premium price- total rip off and no customer service or responses when you try and request a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a corset and a skirt and both were amazing quality! Arrived fast too, 100% will buy again!

I didn't receive any response for an email

yes, the designs are cute, the products are at the same price point as f21 but…… thats the quality you get. as well as customer service. they do not respond to emails and if you return items, you will not receive a refund. I ended up disputing with my credit card company and they reimbursed me, but had I not, I wouldve been out $85 worth of clothing AND an extra $28 in shipping fees to return. 10/10 would not recommend.

The Raven dress is better than I expected! Beautiful soft fabric and design, and super flattering fit.

Item ordered on line, web site indicated 5% discount on the first order. Not until the very end of the order process i was informed the 5% discount only applied if 2 x items were purchasedDiscount offer trick. No stock in the UK, 2 week wait for a deliver from China. Not likely to use this outfit again

I saw someone on tiktok modelling this clothing brand and having an alternative/grunge style I was excited to have a look at the clothes and ended up asking my boyfriend to order me some for our anniversary. However, after around 3-5 days we received a notification that royal mail had delivered the parcel but it had not arrived at my boyfriend’s house and it had not been signed by anyone we knew. This is now around 3 weeks later and my clothes are still lost and even worse, my boyfriend’s money is also lost at this point.

I don’t believe that this is a problem with Love Too True as we received notification that the items had been shipped. However, my boyfriend filled out the contact form more than once and even emailed the email address that appears on their Twitter and we have had no response from either so this clearly could have been dealt with if they were more responsive.

We understand that they are a small team, but within 3-4 weeks you would imagine to have a response as they are not a large brand.

I will not be ordering from Love Too True again and should have listened to the negative reviews. A very disappointing experience as the clothes themselves look like something I would love and I would have purchased again if I had a good experience.

Trousers are a little to big, rest is okay

Nice top, but thin material.I sized up to the medium I'm usually an 8 but LTT runs a little small.

I used to love this brand and it was my go to place for cute tartan pieces… however the quality now is shocking. I have a few pieces which i bought well over a year ago and the material feels nice and soft and thick.. the newer pieces ive gotten feel cheap and thin! And therefore just dont look as good. And the sizing seems to be different, the size 6 i used to buy fit perfectly in both skirts and trousers. However now a size 6 trouser is too big and a size 6 skirt is too small?????

On top of that the skirt I bought most recently, the zip broke the first time i put it on!!(zip feels cheaper than the ones on older pieces) Really disappointed as this was my favourite brand for a while… BRING BACK THE OLD LOVE TOO TRUE!!!

Great quality clothes, the price considering is reasonable, and the shipping was super quick!!!
